WWE Monday Night Raw Rundown

I'll tell you what.. I guess that tweet wasn't lying about Monday Night Raw...IYKYK. We've got A LOT to talk about.. and a crash out is on the horizon.    -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: Liv Morgan Liv Morgan came to the ring with Dom to give a promo, explaining her actions last week with Nikki Bella. In this, she also called out Iyo Sky.. and she wants another title shot. Iyo came to the ring as well, and it all but seemed like this was a story ready to kick off.  -Ivy Nile vs. Stephanie Vaquer vs. Raquel Rodriguez vs. Asuka (Queen of the Ring) This match was SO much better than I thought it was going to be overall. I really had this match between two women, and that was Vaquer and Asuka. All women did wonderful, and work so well together. We did see Rhea come out and cost Raquel in return from Rhea's match. And in the end, it was Asuka that got the win! She will now face Alexa Bliss this Friday! That match.. should be very good. It will be interesting t...

WWE Monday Night Raw (July 29th) Rundown (Final Before Summer Slam)

It's the FINAL Raw before Summer Slam and we have A LOT to unpack with this one. I don't know what I expected but it sure wasn't all of this. Let's get into it!

-We started off the show pretty strong with Seth Rollins coming out to give the ref instructions for Saturday. Let me just say that I wasn't expecting that shirt... I was almost sure he was going Shawn Michales on us if you know what I mean. Both CM Punk came out as well as Drew.. they all exchanged words. In the end, Seth let them know.. both men must listen to everything he says throughout this match. From the sound of it, this match is going to be pretty intense. I've seen a lot of people say that this segment was very messy.. however, this whole situation has been messy.

Otis and Tozawa vs. The Creed Brothers

I am LOVING this feud.. it has been beautiful thus far. So coming into this match we kind of knew what to expect. This match was very energetic and fun (in my opinion). However, in the end.. The Creed Brothers picked up the win. Of course, after the match was a beat down. Maxine got involved and slapped Chad. What THREW me.. was when Maxine put up her fist. She was ready to throw down. Lol!

It wasn't long until the lights went down and The Wyatt Sicks came to the ring. Rowan, Joe, and Dex removed their masks and got in the ring. Yall, when I tell you I screamed. I was not expecting that... AT ALL! They got physical, and it was amazing. We also saw Nikki take out Chad Gable from the top rope.

As Chad tried to escape, it wasn't long until Uncle Howdy made himself known at the entrance to chase off Chad.

-Sheamus vs Bronson Reed

I feel like we have seen this bout like 100 times within the last few weeks but.. this match was pretty dang good. Very physical and entertaining. If I am not mistaken, Pete did get involved.. allowing Bronson to take the win. This was a huge deal.. Bronson has not had many (or any maybe) wins since his call up. This does also confirm the fact we are getting a Sheamus vs Pete Dunn within the next few weeks. I am totally  here for it.

Jey Uso vs Carlito

I am pretty shocked that Jey doesn't have a match at Summer Slam.. after everything that has been happening with him recently.. it's very strange. However, that didn't stop his momentum. I found this match pretty basic, but very entertaining overall. In the end, we did get Jey pick up the win.

Xavier Woods vs Karrion Kross

I thought this match was pretty good. I've loved the story and the build up. I feel it is teasing Woods vs Kofi.. but I could be wrong. I want so bad for Kross and his faction to be something great.. however it just isn't clicking with the crowd. What is this factions motivation?? What are they? We've gotten these promos.. and they sound wonderful, however.. what the heck is going on? In the end, Kross got the win.

We saw a promo of Liv Morgan over a barrel of fire. During this she poured her heart out and burned different kinds of memorabilia from Dom. We are for sure getting an insane Liv coming into Summer Slam.

Sami Zayn vs Dom

While I am not a huge fan of Dom and his ring work.. this match was pretty good. However, I was a little surprised with all of the interferences. This match ended in a disqualification due to the Judgement Day. Jey Uso came in with the save.. and it wasn't long until Bron made himself known with a spear to Sami. This sealed the deal for me, Bron will be winning that championship on Saturday.

Lyra Valkyria, Chance/Carter vs Sonya, Stark, Baszler

I feel we are seeing this for the 100th time this month, and honestly it is getting old. We are seeing Lyra being torn aside.. after a wonderful call up. I am not liking this at all.. and I feel they can do so much better with the women's division. Regardless, Sonya, Stark, and Baszler got the win. At the end, we see a potential baby face Damage Control come out for a stare down.

-At some point we see Chad/Creed Brothers talk with Adam Pearce about The Wyatt Sicks. It's official The Wyatt Sicks vs Chad/Creed Brothers will be taking place on Raw after Summer Slam. I am still pissed about this. I don't understand why we aren't getting Uncle Howdy/Chad.. my brain just cannot get this. The next PPV would be Bash in Berlin.. and the after that would be Bad Blood (October). Triple H better do this GOOD and make up for it.. because after looking at Twitter last night.. there are a lot of upset people.

Finn Balor vs Gunther

This match was intense. Very physical and I'd be open to say PPV worthy. Did anyone see Finns chest?? Good Lord! In the end, Balor was put in a sleeper and Gunther got the win due to referee stoppage.

Woah.

Overall: 7.4/10

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I honestly don't know what the heck is happening. We have so much to look forward to coming into Summer Slam.

-There are rumors and hopes that there will be a surprise Chad/Howdy match.
-Who will turn on who within the Liv/Dom/Rhea situation?
-Will Finn turn on Damian? The build up is there!

Up next this week we have the fall out from Blood and Guts.. and we are really heating up going into All In! We are less than one month away at this point, and the matches are slowly starting to build and take shape.

I'll be doing my best to be very active this week on Twitter so stay tuned!

until next time

xoxo,
Chels

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown (April 28th)

We've got one hell of a Monday Night Raw, and we've got a lot to talk about! Let's get into it! -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman I thought this was wonderful! The promo that Seth gave was AMAZING and really gave a glimpse of what is to come within this group and story. Of course, we did have Sami come out to get a little promo with Seth as well.. and it was pretty damn good. I enjoyed it very much! I still fully believe that this was a push into the direction of Sami joining Seth/Bron/Paul shortly down the road. And this will come in the form of turning on Jey Uso.. I think it's going to be one of the best storylines this year to be honest.  -Rhea vs Roxanne  Are we finally getting Roxanne on the main roster? I hope so! I enjoyed this match overall, but wish it didn't end in a DQ.. I would have loved to have a clean match between these two. It does however look we will get Rhea NOT going for the title again right now (which...

WWE Friday Night Smackdown (April 11th) Rundown/Review

We are officially ONE WEEK away from Wrestlemania, and this one is going to be HUGE! I can't wait! We are going to talk a little bit about everything that has happened last night and then go straight into what I believe will happen next Sat and Sun! We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Nick kicks off Smackdown with Randy  We got both men face to face in this, and I won't lie.. it was pretty damn good. Can we please see these two go at it at Mania?? It's been teased for far too long, and it would for sure deliver. However, before it could go any further.. Solo and Tama made themselves known. I think I can speak for everyone when I tell you that the air left everyone's body. But thankfully it was a set up for a tag team match between Randy/LA vs Tama/Solo.. -Women's Gauntlet Match Overall.. we kind of knew who would win this. I will say it was pretty good and nice to see all these teams go at it. I will also mention, whatever this is with Maxx...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown Blog

What a Monday Night Raw on Netflix before Money in the Bank on Saturday! This one had it's ups and downs, but.. we got through it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking Off: CM PUNK We saw a little promo talking about Money in the Bank.. seeing that his triple threat was the main event. It wasn't long until we saw Sami come out as well.. planting little seeds here and there for what could happen during said match.  -Women's Money in the Bank Qualifier: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Ivy Nile vs. Liv Morgan I enjoyed this match very much, and of course it was nice to see Stephanie Vaquer join the main roster. Sadly, we knew the out come before the match even started. It was kind of obvious Ivy wouldn't be moving forward (even tho it would be nice to see her in such a match), but it was a toss up. While it COULD have been interesting if Liv was involved.. it was actually Stephanie that picked up the win. Looks like someone will be booking double duty...
