Summer Slam Predictions Night 1 and Night 2

ANDDDDDDDD I'm back after a small break, but however.. my little website revamp didn't happen as well as I thought it would. I did (FINALLY) change my name to Chels Wrestling on here.. as it is on my twitter. We've got ALOT to talk about, so let's get into it! -TONIGHT is the FINAL Smackdown before the 2 night Summer Slam and I fully expect this to be pretty good overall. The question is... how many titles will be really changing?? I FULLY expect Naomi and The Wyatts to retain.. but what about everyone else? Hmm.. they are saying that this is the "Wrestlemania of the Summer"...  I'll be LIVE tweeting as best as possible tonight, so stay tuned! Let's get into the predictions.. Let me also remind you that this is my personal opinion AND what I am hoping for... it's okay to disagree, friends. -NIGHT 1 -CM Punk vs Gunther (c) I feel like this match wasn't really hyped up, and that it was just put together. There is no other story than Punk winning...

WWE Evolution 2 Rundown/Blog

Okay, I didn't expect this PLE to go this hard.. but here we are. I was SHOCKED out of my mind with this. The build up might have not been good, but the show... they did that shit.

-Kicking Off:  Becky Lynch vs. Bayley vs. Lyra Valkyria

This was a whole lot better than I thought it was going to turn out. While I did want to see Bayley pull off a win, I did have to remember that Summer Slam is just under 3 weeks away. All three women did so damn good, but it was Becky that retained. So does this mean we could infact see Bayley and Becky once again face off at SS next month? Because that would be the best place for Bayley to win.

-Jacy Jayne vs. Jordynne Grace

I haven't been very familiar with Jacy Jayne, but I liked her! She is pretty good overall. There were some issues here and there within the match but they did their best to recover. However.. as expected we saw Blake Monroe turn on Jordynne Grace to cost her the match by hitting her with the title. It seems we are getting more time of Jacy... but this leads the question, what is next?

-Rodriguez and Perez vs. The Kabuki Warriors vs. Flair and Bliss vs. Ruca and Zaria

I liked it but I didn't at the same time. Now.. don't get me wrong, all of these women work wonderful together... But we did see multiple things happening within the match. Ruca and Zaria on the rocks (once again), Flair and Bliss taking care of each other and earning trust... and Perez basically turning into Liv. I fully expected Flair/Bliss to pick up the win.. but it doesn't look like we are getting those titles just yet. Interesting to say the least. Raquel and Roxanne retained, which moves on to the thought of who WILL take those titles?

-Tiffany Stratton vs. Trish Stratus

This match was crazy good! Both women worked so well tagging together, and this was no exception of facing each other. I loved it, even tho there were a couple of questionable moments. Both women made each other look great. While it would have been great to see Trishy win, it was Tiffy that retained. Now are we getting the build up for Jade?

-Jade Cargill vs. Naomi

I went into this 110% thinking there were going to be some messy spots with Bianca (she was the guest ref) but I was wrong. The match was pretty good, and very off from where I thought it was going to go. Both women did great! However in the end, it was Jade that picked up the big win. Now she moves on to Summer Slam with Tiffy. This does make you wonder.. are they preparing her for a big win??

-Battle Royal

I have mixed feelings about this whole thing to be honest. First of all.. everyone did great! Everyone got their own entrance, and I thought that was a nice touch! I do wish there would have been some surprises, and that they didn't announce who was all in it before hand. The final 3 women were Stephanie Vaquer, Lash Legend, and Nikki Bella.. which was an amazing line up btw. After Nikki was taken out.. it was very clear who would win. Vaquer was able to get Lash out, and has now secured her spot at Clash in Pairs.

-Iyo Sky vs. Rhea Ripley

Oh my God, what a freaking match! This was amazing in the best way possible, and I didn't see this coming. If you haven't seen this match, I suggest you go watch it like... now. Both women tore the house down with this one.. to the point where you couldn't predict the ending. It did seem Rhea was winning at the very end, but then Naomi came out.. CASHED IN... AND WON! WHAT WAS EVEN THAT? OMG! Super shocked, and a little sad that Rhea didn't win.. but Naomi DESERVED THIS! I can't wait to see where this will be going moving forward. Everything that I THOUGHT was going to happen moving into Summer Slam just vanished.

Overall: 9.8/10

UP NEXT: Monday Night Raw

-What will Naomi have to say after her BIG WIN?
-Who is next to face The Judgement Day?
-Who will win the gauntlet match to face Gunther at Summer Slam?
-Do we think any matches will be announced other than that?

Things are heating up!

until next time

xoxo,

Chels

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown Blog

What a Monday Night Raw on Netflix before Money in the Bank on Saturday! This one had it's ups and downs, but.. we got through it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking Off: CM PUNK We saw a little promo talking about Money in the Bank.. seeing that his triple threat was the main event. It wasn't long until we saw Sami come out as well.. planting little seeds here and there for what could happen during said match.  -Women's Money in the Bank Qualifier: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Ivy Nile vs. Liv Morgan I enjoyed this match very much, and of course it was nice to see Stephanie Vaquer join the main roster. Sadly, we knew the out come before the match even started. It was kind of obvious Ivy wouldn't be moving forward (even tho it would be nice to see her in such a match), but it was a toss up. While it COULD have been interesting if Liv was involved.. it was actually Stephanie that picked up the win. Looks like someone will be booking double duty...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown: The Crash Out

MANNNN.... I ain't even got it to start an intro. Let's just get into it.  -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: John Cena It wasn't long after Cena came out to address the crowd before we saw Punk come out. The two exchanged words, and it wasn't long until the match was made. We are running it back my friends for these two once again, and surprisingly... I am not mad at it. Only thing is.. Cena said he would have to come get it.. At Saudi. THE IRONY HURTS lol. Regardless, this should be pretty dang good. -AJ Styles vs. Chad Gable I enjoyed this match more than I thought I would to be honest.. both men work well together. I was also very impressed with Chad.. seeing that he had one hell of a weekend. I don't know if they will go forward really with a story line but it was good to see AJ win.   -Rhea Ripley vs. Kairi Sane vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Liv Morgan This is where the crash out is starting my friends. I don't know where in the hell this is going. I THINK I know, bu...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown (April 28th)

We've got one hell of a Monday Night Raw, and we've got a lot to talk about! Let's get into it! -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman I thought this was wonderful! The promo that Seth gave was AMAZING and really gave a glimpse of what is to come within this group and story. Of course, we did have Sami come out to get a little promo with Seth as well.. and it was pretty damn good. I enjoyed it very much! I still fully believe that this was a push into the direction of Sami joining Seth/Bron/Paul shortly down the road. And this will come in the form of turning on Jey Uso.. I think it's going to be one of the best storylines this year to be honest.  -Rhea vs Roxanne  Are we finally getting Roxanne on the main roster? I hope so! I enjoyed this match overall, but wish it didn't end in a DQ.. I would have loved to have a clean match between these two. It does however look we will get Rhea NOT going for the title again right now (which...
