WWE Monday Night Raw Rundown

We are so close to the road to Wrestlemania! We are a little over a month away from the Royal Rumble and things are getting HOT! Our next big WWE program will be Monday Night Raw: One Year on Netflix and things could change in a big way. Let's not forget outside of that.. we do have an AEW PPV in a few weeks as well. We have a lot to talk about from Raw, so let's get into it! Kicking off: Gunther After his win over Cena in his final match.. things were up to 11 with this opening. I don't give a damn what anyone says.. this was amazing. You can hate Gunther all you like (or even Triple H) but that doesn't change that he is now one of the best in the business. I love this for him. I love the "I don't give a shit" attitude.. the arrogant vibe, and the shit eating smile. It's perfect and I can't wait to see where go with this next. I did see them teasing AJ Styles... which would be pretty damn good as well.  The Usos vs. New Day I don't like it. We...

WWE Monday Night Raw Rundown

I'll tell you what.. I guess that tweet wasn't lying about Monday Night Raw...IYKYK. We've got A LOT to talk about.. and a crash out is on the horizon.

-Kicking off Monday Night Raw: Liv Morgan

Liv Morgan came to the ring with Dom to give a promo, explaining her actions last week with Nikki Bella. In this, she also called out Iyo Sky.. and she wants another title shot. Iyo came to the ring as well, and it all but seemed like this was a story ready to kick off.

-Ivy Nile vs. Stephanie Vaquer vs. Raquel Rodriguez vs. Asuka (Queen of the Ring)

This match was SO much better than I thought it was going to be overall. I really had this match between two women, and that was Vaquer and Asuka. All women did wonderful, and work so well together. We did see Rhea come out and cost Raquel in return from Rhea's match. And in the end, it was Asuka that got the win! She will now face Alexa Bliss this Friday! That match.. should be very good. It will be interesting to see who will win.

 -Gunther Promo

We saw Gunther come to the ring (after a video package) and give a little promo after his big win last week. After a little while, we sadly did see Goldberg make his way to the ring. This... this one hurt. I don't want to see this at all. I am actually worried to see how this match will go overall.. after Goldberg's last couple of matches in the past. It's also very upsetting to see someone come in after being gone for so long.. and just randomly get a match. And yes.. I know that there is some kind of "story" there.. but come on. It just isn't needed. The man can't even walk straight, nor get on the ropes without almost needing help.

-JD McDonagh vs. AJ Styles

I wasn't really thrilled about this match, but it ended up being pretty good. Both men worked well together and of course it made good for the overall story. Dom did try to get involved but it just wasn't enough. Styles was able to get the pin, and was able to steal the title to taunt Dom a little. Later in the night, it was confirmed that AJ Styles will be facing Dom for the IC title at Night of Champs!

-Bayley/Becky Lynch

Bayley did a GREAT promo, and of course it was followed up by Becky coming out too. It seems this feud is ready and going and NEXT WEEK we will see the two face off for the Women's IC title. While I wish they would have gone another direction, I ain't mad about it. What I don't like.. is the random little feud with Lyra and Bayley. Maybe I am in the wrong here.. but Bayley and Lyra were tagging? And now that Bayley is back.. Lyra is mad? At what exactly? Am I just not getting it or something? I have a feeling this could turn into a triple threat match at Evolution.

-Liv Morgan vs. Kairi Sane

The matched lasted maybe 10 seconds because Liv Morgan sadly was injured. I held on for a moment that this was a complete work.. but it was announced that Liv dislocated her previously injured shoulder. We can only hope that this isn't too serious, and she can be back in time for Summer Slam. Hopefully we will have some news within the next few days, or by next Monday Night Raw. This is very sad considering Liv has been in multiple storylines leading up to Evolution and Summer Slam.

-Jey Uso vs. Rusev vs. Sheamus vs. Bronson Reed

I enjoyed this match, but I just felt like it was already too obvious who would win. We of course have a building feud with Rusev and Sheamus.. as already reported. And we also know that LA Knight has been feuding with Seth Rollins and his whole crew. Jey Uso did get his win and will move on to face Cody Rhodes on Smackdown. This.. this whole thing is wild and I am for sure here for it.

Overall: 6.9/10

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

King/Queen of the Ring predictions:

Men's: I REALLY want Jey, but I 100% believe it will be Cody.
Women's: Jade
For the women's I think this because it would fit in PERFECT for a potential cash in moment, and for Bianca to come in as well.

Summer Slam:

-I think this is where John Cena should lose it. Not only that, but with this.. could we also see Seth come in and cash in?

-The same with Naomi. Could Bianca come back to HELP Naomi cash in? This.. this would be wild.

-Could we also see some returns? Call ups? Debuts?

-I could also very well see The Wyatt Sicks win their first tag team championships??

===============================================================

UP NEXT: Friday Night Smackdown

-Will there be any news on Liv Morgan?
-Who will win between Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes?
-Who will face the Wyatt Sicks next??
-Roxanne vs Jade?

until next time

xoxo,
Chels

WWE Monday Night Raw Rundown/Review

What a time, everyone. I have been going going going for the last week or so.. so much that I haven't blogged. I hate when I have to skip weeks, but to be honest... sometimes it is like that. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking off Raw: Rhea Ripley We love Mami.. and she is MAD. Rhea addresses the attack of Asuka from last week.. which of course resulted in Iyo to come out as well. It wasn't long until Asuka and Kairi made themselves known and a brawl was set. This time.. it was Iyo that was misted by Asuka. My guess is that we are going to see some tag team action much sooner than later. I enjoyed this very much overall.. and am pretty happy that we are having Rhea and Iyo set away from the title action. But the question is.. when it is all set and done, are we going to see Rhea or Iyo turn on one another in a shocking turn of events? -Intercontinental Championship: Dominik Mysterio vs. Rusev I won't lie.. I was a little shocked about this...

Summer Slam Night 1 AND Night 2 Results/Reaction/Review

Summer Slam has come and gone.. and BOY... did we have one hell of a time. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it!  Night 1: -Roman Reigns and Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed This kicking off was pretty good in my opinion. While I do think the match wasn't one to blow your mind... it was still pretty dang good overall. In the end, we did see Roman and Jey pick up the win. This isn't what I thought would happen, but it is understandable moving forward (esp after watching Monday Night Raw). -Judgment Day (c) vs. Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair -Women's Tag Titles This match was pretty solid over all. All women did wonderful together and I enjoyed it! I feel like this match had so much on it in the first place, and there were so many people getting their hopes up for a Liv pop up. Sadly, that did not happen. We however.. did see Alexa and Charlotte pick up the win to win the tag titles! I am so happy for both women and hope they do this story ri...
