WWE Monday Night Raw Rundown/Review

It just dawned on me that I never did my Smackdown Rundown... and I am so upset. Let's just say it was a busy and full weekend for me. Regardless, this week for wrestling is going to be HUGE.. so bare with me, as it will be ALOT! I think I will have a blog every single day from Saturday-Tuesday... I might even have two in one day. Saturday is TWO PPVs.. in Wrestlepalooza and AEW All Out.... I WILL be watching AEW first and LIVE so you can expect the tweets. I am unsure about watching Wrestlepalooza in real time due to AEW but I will be tweeting as best as possible when I do watch it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking off: John Cena We had a pretty dang good promo with Cena and talking about Brock... A good bit of this confused me.. seeing that Brock has only been on Smackdown and not Raw leading up to their match on Saturday. I wish there was a little more. With this.. this makes me believe the match itself isn't going to end clean and will m...

WWE Monday Night Raw Rundown

What a freakin week, am I right? Of course I am a day late on my rundown.. but between food poisoning and with the little one sick.. it's been WILD over here. Regardless, the show must go on. We've got a good bit to talk about with Monday Night Raw.. and what is going on the next few weeks with wrestling news. Don't forget, Smackdown was in fact taped after Monday Night Raw.. so if you are wanting to avoid spoilers, please don't go looking for them. While I still have a little bit of insight on what happens on Smackdown this week.. I won't have the full rundown until Saturday or Sunday. I haven't decided which day yet because I think I am going to see my family the weekend.. just haven't decided on a day yet. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it!

-Kicking off Monday Night Raw: Rhea Ripley

Okay okay... there is ALOT of talk about this situation, so let's dive in. Rhea Ripley came in to talk about what is next and going into Evolution. Iyo Sky did make herself known as well, all to say that she was looking to face Rhea next basically. As much as I love Iyo and all.. this run she has been on hasn't been my favorite, and is very lacking in my opinion. I think we all know she is SO much better than this. So in the end, it does look like we are getting Iyo and Rhea at Evolution 2. A lot of people are saying "Oh look it's Rhea Hogan"... Tell me, WHO ELSE? Who else is going to fill the shoes? With Liv out.. things did change a bit. We also have to think.. with Rhea filling in with last minute plans, could there by anyone that would ruin this match and cost Rhea? Think it though, friends. Regardless, this could be very interesting moving forward.

-World Tag Team Championship Match: New Day vs. The Judgment Day

Okay, please understand how much this pains me... and I can't believe this words are even coming out of me right now. BUT THANK GOD... The New Day isn't champions anymore. The New Day are wonderful, they really are.. and I have no idea where this went wrong, but this run.. was terrible. The Judgement Day was able to regain the tag team titles in a DAMN good match. Let's just hope that this title run for Judgement Day is much better than the last. I can for sure see this going through Summer Slam.

-Sheamus vs. Rusev

Was this a good match, oh yes it was. However.. I just can't put my finger on this feeling for this feud. Having Rusev return just seems off to me... like.. him as a character. He looks just give out and out of place. We did see Rusev pick up the win, which was shocking.. but we already know this feud will be going on for a little while. Summer Slam match? Oh for sure.

BACKSTAGE NOTES:

-We saw Chad Gable is injured and will be stepping away. We also saw El Grande... in which we know is Ludwig. Interesting to say the least... have they been switching the two out here and there?

-Kross attacked Sami once again.. looks like this is going further than we thought.

-Gunther Promo and More:

This whole segment was wild overall. Gunther said what he said, and I really hope that Gunther retains at SNME. We did see Seth Rollins come to the ring as well. Punk, LA Knight, and Rollins joined as well.. Multiple storylines were told, and to be honest.. it was perfect. Things are really starting to heat up for Summer Slam!

-Bayley vs. Lyra Valkyria

This whole situation was good, but we all know where it is going... even before this match was announced. The build up has been a little bleak in my opinion, but I can understand the stretch. The match ended up being a draw... which confirmed that Becky will defend her IC title in a triple threat most likely at Evolution 2.

-Sami Zayn and Penta vs. Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker

This match was actually pretty dang good overall. I am loving the story telling, and feel we are getting closer to another shocking moment with this. Heyman mentioned "plan b".. which makes me believe we are getting someone else in the mix. But the question is.. WHO? We did see Bronson/Bron pick up the win.. and attempted a post match beat down. However. .this just wasn't happening. Jey Uso returned and stood tall in the end with Sami and Penta. Hmm.. how does this look moving forward? What is next in the story line heading into SNME and Summer Slam?

Overall: 7.5/10

UP NEXT: Friday Night Smackdown

-We know Roxanne has taken Liv's place with the titles, what teams will they face at Evolution 2?
-Will the Wyatt Sicks go for the tag team titles again?
-What is next for Cena and Cody going into Summer Slam?
-More women's matches announced?

**We have SO much wrestling coming within two weeks.. so I will be doing my best to keep up with blogs and live tweeting.

until next time

WWE Friday Night Smackdown Rundown/Review

It's the Smackdown after Summer Slam.. and boy do we have a rundown for you. I don't know all what I expected from this, but it was a ride.. let me tell you.  **ALSO.. MAJOR THANK YOU to my 1,000 followers on Twitter! I made a post talking about how I really wanted to get 1k before the end of the month and y'all SHOWED OUT in a big way! It's so nice to have everyone, and I hope we can have a blast together!  Let's get into it! -Kicking off Smackdown: John Cena I really enjoyed this overall, but what I didn't like... was Logan Paul coming out. This wasn't on my "I want this match" list.. but it is what it is, I guess. It looks like we are getting the two at Clash in Paris later on in the month. We did see Drew McIntyre and Cody come into play, and the fact we are also getting a tag match later in the night.  -Motor City Machine Guns vs. JC Mateo and Talla Tonga Not happy. Solo made it clear that MFT was coming after the tag titles, which... we know ...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown Blog

What a Monday Night Raw on Netflix before Money in the Bank on Saturday! This one had it's ups and downs, but.. we got through it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking Off: CM PUNK We saw a little promo talking about Money in the Bank.. seeing that his triple threat was the main event. It wasn't long until we saw Sami come out as well.. planting little seeds here and there for what could happen during said match.  -Women's Money in the Bank Qualifier: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Ivy Nile vs. Liv Morgan I enjoyed this match very much, and of course it was nice to see Stephanie Vaquer join the main roster. Sadly, we knew the out come before the match even started. It was kind of obvious Ivy wouldn't be moving forward (even tho it would be nice to see her in such a match), but it was a toss up. While it COULD have been interesting if Liv was involved.. it was actually Stephanie that picked up the win. Looks like someone will be booking double duty...

Summer Slam Night 1 AND Night 2 Results/Reaction/Review

Summer Slam has come and gone.. and BOY... did we have one hell of a time. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it!  Night 1: -Roman Reigns and Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed This kicking off was pretty good in my opinion. While I do think the match wasn't one to blow your mind... it was still pretty dang good overall. In the end, we did see Roman and Jey pick up the win. This isn't what I thought would happen, but it is understandable moving forward (esp after watching Monday Night Raw). -Judgment Day (c) vs. Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair -Women's Tag Titles This match was pretty solid over all. All women did wonderful together and I enjoyed it! I feel like this match had so much on it in the first place, and there were so many people getting their hopes up for a Liv pop up. Sadly, that did not happen. We however.. did see Alexa and Charlotte pick up the win to win the tag titles! I am so happy for both women and hope they do this story ri...
