WWE Monday Night Raw Rundown/Review

It just dawned on me that I never did my Smackdown Rundown... and I am so upset. Let's just say it was a busy and full weekend for me. Regardless, this week for wrestling is going to be HUGE.. so bare with me, as it will be ALOT! I think I will have a blog every single day from Saturday-Tuesday... I might even have two in one day. Saturday is TWO PPVs.. in Wrestlepalooza and AEW All Out.... I WILL be watching AEW first and LIVE so you can expect the tweets. I am unsure about watching Wrestlepalooza in real time due to AEW but I will be tweeting as best as possible when I do watch it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking off: John Cena We had a pretty dang good promo with Cena and talking about Brock... A good bit of this confused me.. seeing that Brock has only been on Smackdown and not Raw leading up to their match on Saturday. I wish there was a little more. With this.. this makes me believe the match itself isn't going to end clean and will m...

WWE Friday Night Smackdown Rundown/Blog

Wrestling is so wild right now. Not only are we on the road to Summer Slam.. but not long after we have Forbidden Door with AEW. I think after that we have something monthly from BOTH AEW and WWE. So it's safe to say, it's going to be GOOD until the end of the year. I can't wait to see what all is in store. Dynamite was good this week as AEW is currently in a residency at Chicago. I haven't been blogging about AEW, and for the time being.. I am going to keep it like that. I might tweet every now and then tho, so don't worry. Lol! We've got ALOT to talk about with Smackdown.. so let's get into it!

-At the start of Smackdown we did see a situation outside with a car wreck with Solo and his crew.

-Charlotte Flair vs. Raquel Rodriguez

We now know that we WILL see the team of Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss facing Raquel and Roxanne at Summer Slam for the Women's Tag Team Titles... so this match was just a bit of a taste of what is to come. I didn't care for the match tho to be honest. From the start you did see that it kind of all gave it away. It just kind of felt they were going through the motions. We did see Roxanne try to get involved, as well as Alexa getting involved.. allowing Char to pick up the win over Raquel. Now next week.. we will see Alexa facing Roxanne.

-Carmelo Hayes vs. Damian Priest

We saw this match be made after some issues backstage.. and honestly, was just a bit of a set up for Aleister. While the match was pretty good, it was very predictable. The match ended in DQ as Black attacked Damian mid match. I am assuming we will see Aleister and Damian go at it at Summer Slam? If so.. I can imagine that it will be pretty good.

-Solo/Jacob Fatu

This whole thing had me a little iffy. Why tho? I don't see how all of this was needed or anything... Just announce the match? After the "wreck".. Jacob was questioned and taken away by police. Solo and his crew came to the ring, and Fatu was then brought back.. told he was free and didn't do anything wrong... Adam Pearce announced the match at Summer Slam would be in a steel cage. And then Solo was "arrested". Just kind of seems like a waste of time and story.. but okay.

-Stephanie Vaquer vs. Alba Fyre

Waste. Come on now... while both women are great, the match was very short and just not needed if that is how they are going to book it. I would have LOVED both women to shine a little more for this match. While Stephanie did win the match there was a post match beat down.. in which Stephanie held her own. I also felt like a lot of people were expecting Nikki to come help her.

-DIY vs. Fraxiom vs. Motor City Machine Guns vs. Andrade and Rey Fenix

**We did see a "VHS" tape of all the Wyatt Sicks.. in which all of them spoke. I loved this!

As SOON as this match was announced, the winner was obvious. Sadly, I was right. While the match was GOOD and all teams did wonderful.. I am questioning everything right now. Why weren't the Profits in the match? WHY is there a RANDOM Andrade and Rey teaming together.. for some reason I thought they were against each other? In the end.. we got Andrade and Rey winning.. and they will face Wyatts Sicks NEXT WEEK in a title match.

This is where I am a bit pissed. PLEASE for the love of God.. don't allow for new champs already..Is it possible, with everything going on right now, yes. But the chances are low in my opinion. Another thing.. let them lose clean. No DQ... no bullshit. Is this going to happen? Prob not. They will have a shitty ending and go on to face EVERYONE at Summer Slam. But.. we will see. Got me stressed the hell out over it. lol..

-John Cena/Cody Rhodes

This whole situation has been wild. Cody has been acting so weird lately.. very heelish. We saw Cena try to get out of his match at Summer Slam, which resulted in Cena/Cody getting into a brawl. Cody basically FORCED Cena to sign the contract, also revealing the match at Summer Slam would be a street fight.

SO... here are the theories. Cody joins The Rock. Very possible, but not something I would be happy about, because we go RIGHT back to the beginning of the year. More crap with The Rock and we don't need it. ANOTHER thing would be Cody WINNING and have Seth cash in. There has been ALOT of rumor that this would happen but the question is WHO? Could we see Seth cash in on Gunther/Punk or Cena/Cody? Could Seth's injury be a complete work? After a deep dive, it's very well possible. There is WAY too many conflicting stories for all of this to be a real injury. Seriously, I've seen like 3 stories and all of them don't make a good bit of sense.

OVERALL: 7.2/10

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

**While Dynamite was very good, it does seem things are about to head into Forbidden Door AND All Out coming in August and September. Toni and Athena are next in line for a feud, as well as a couple of randoms thrown in there possibly. Who will be Adam Page's next feud be with as well? We know MJF has the contract, but will Bobby/MVP/Shelton get in the way? Interesting..

**Another note is HOPEFULLY we get Jay White back after an injury sooner than later.. We did get Juice Robinson back after about 8 months, but sadly.. there is news that Colten Gunn was injured at Collision on Thursday. Hopefully we hear something soon, because this would be very damning as they returned as well at All In after a 4+ month break.

UP NEXT: Monday Night Raw

-Will we hear more from The Judgement Day?
-Does anyone else think we will get Liv coming back (in a non wrestling form) at Summer Slam?
-With Naomi as champ right now, and being SO CLOSE to Summer Slam.. I 110% see her retaining.
-Who will face The Judgement Day at Summer Slam?
-Can Dom hold his own against AJ Styles and keep his IC title?

Things are heating up..

until next time

xoxo,

Chels

WWE Friday Night Smackdown Rundown/Review

It's the Smackdown after Summer Slam.. and boy do we have a rundown for you. I don't know all what I expected from this, but it was a ride.. let me tell you.  **ALSO.. MAJOR THANK YOU to my 1,000 followers on Twitter! I made a post talking about how I really wanted to get 1k before the end of the month and y'all SHOWED OUT in a big way! It's so nice to have everyone, and I hope we can have a blast together!  Let's get into it! -Kicking off Smackdown: John Cena I really enjoyed this overall, but what I didn't like... was Logan Paul coming out. This wasn't on my "I want this match" list.. but it is what it is, I guess. It looks like we are getting the two at Clash in Paris later on in the month. We did see Drew McIntyre and Cody come into play, and the fact we are also getting a tag match later in the night.  -Motor City Machine Guns vs. JC Mateo and Talla Tonga Not happy. Solo made it clear that MFT was coming after the tag titles, which... we know ...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown Blog

What a Monday Night Raw on Netflix before Money in the Bank on Saturday! This one had it's ups and downs, but.. we got through it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking Off: CM PUNK We saw a little promo talking about Money in the Bank.. seeing that his triple threat was the main event. It wasn't long until we saw Sami come out as well.. planting little seeds here and there for what could happen during said match.  -Women's Money in the Bank Qualifier: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Ivy Nile vs. Liv Morgan I enjoyed this match very much, and of course it was nice to see Stephanie Vaquer join the main roster. Sadly, we knew the out come before the match even started. It was kind of obvious Ivy wouldn't be moving forward (even tho it would be nice to see her in such a match), but it was a toss up. While it COULD have been interesting if Liv was involved.. it was actually Stephanie that picked up the win. Looks like someone will be booking double duty...

Summer Slam Night 1 AND Night 2 Results/Reaction/Review

Summer Slam has come and gone.. and BOY... did we have one hell of a time. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it!  Night 1: -Roman Reigns and Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed This kicking off was pretty good in my opinion. While I do think the match wasn't one to blow your mind... it was still pretty dang good overall. In the end, we did see Roman and Jey pick up the win. This isn't what I thought would happen, but it is understandable moving forward (esp after watching Monday Night Raw). -Judgment Day (c) vs. Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair -Women's Tag Titles This match was pretty solid over all. All women did wonderful together and I enjoyed it! I feel like this match had so much on it in the first place, and there were so many people getting their hopes up for a Liv pop up. Sadly, that did not happen. We however.. did see Alexa and Charlotte pick up the win to win the tag titles! I am so happy for both women and hope they do this story ri...
