Summer Slam Night 1 AND Night 2 Results/Reaction/Review

Summer Slam has come and gone.. and BOY... did we have one hell of a time. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it!  Night 1: -Roman Reigns and Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed This kicking off was pretty good in my opinion. While I do think the match wasn't one to blow your mind... it was still pretty dang good overall. In the end, we did see Roman and Jey pick up the win. This isn't what I thought would happen, but it is understandable moving forward (esp after watching Monday Night Raw). -Judgment Day (c) vs. Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair -Women's Tag Titles This match was pretty solid over all. All women did wonderful together and I enjoyed it! I feel like this match had so much on it in the first place, and there were so many people getting their hopes up for a Liv pop up. Sadly, that did not happen. We however.. did see Alexa and Charlotte pick up the win to win the tag titles! I am so happy for both women and hope they do this story ri...

WWE Night of Champions (Rundown)

We are a little behind, but that's alright.. It has been one crazy time over here. TONIGHT is Monday Night Raw and I will be tweeting as best as possible. There is an EARLY start time tonight for Raw, so be sure to keep that noted if you are watching LIVE. I won't be however, due to conflicting time with dinner and getting the little one ready for bed. Tonight will also be the taping of Friday Night Smackdown, so be sure to stay away from spoilers. I prob won't be able to avoid them, but it isn't the end of the world. So let's be reminded now.. if you DON'T want spoilers then please avoid twitter for the week, AND be sure to mute the words if needed until then. We are less than TWO weeks away from Saturday Night Main Event AND Evolution 2.. for my AEW fans, we are also less than TWO weeks away from All In: Texas.. and if you are like me trying to watch all of them.. it's going to be a WILD two weeks leading up to all of it.

This past weekend, it was Night of Champs for WWE.. and the game has changed a bit as we shift gears going not only into Saturday Night Main Event and Evolution 2.. but the stage is becoming more set for the FIRST ever Summer Slam 2 NIGHT EVENT! Oh.. how things are going to be wild. Let's get into it!

-Kicking off Night of Champs: King of the Ring Final: Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton

This match was damn good overall. BUT.. we did see another side of Cody if you know what I mean. While the match itself between the two has been pushing for a while, we saw a new side of Cody that had me a little on edge. Are we finally going to see heel Cody? His intentions seemed dark and calculated, almost desperate. We saw Cody start to target the hurt points on Randy, and used it to his advantage. Of course, Randy knew.. and his reaction told a story of pissed off and revenge. In the end (and as expected) Cody got the win.. and he told the crowd that it was time he got the ball back. So.. what will we see next? Cody and Cena at Summer Slam.. but I smell something alittle more coming our way.

-Riyadh Boulevard Street Fight: Rhea Ripley vs. Raquel Rodriguez

I honestly don't know what I expected going into this match, but it wasn't this. I actually was impressed by this overall, and was hoping we would see Rhea really put over Raquel.. while we did see Rhea do just that.. it just wasn't enough. Roxanne did come to the aid of Raquel, but Rhea was too much and picked up the win. I don't see why Raquel couldn't win this.. it's not like Rhea has something to lose on this. The question is.. where does this leave Roxanne and Raquel? What will become of the Women's Tag Team Titles? With Liv out.. things have really changed up for the rest of the year. Only time will tell.

-Sami Zayn vs. Karrion Kross

I really feel this whole thing has been well over hyped. Now.. I take NOTHING away form Karrion or Sami.. both are wonderful and deserve their flowers. This match was just a little odd to me.. where does this go from here? While I did feel Karrion set to win.. out of no where, Sami did pick up the win. The story overall is very strange to me. And now it seems Sami will be in another match outside of anything to do with Karrion. Hmm.. just when I thought I had it figured out, no I don't...

-United States Championship Match: Jacob Fatu vs. Solo Sikoa

I'm all kind of messed up with this match. I love this feud going on.. but something about this whole situation rubbed me the wrong way. The match was good.. BUT... we saw the return of Tanga Loa to come help Solo, and we also saw the debut of Hikuleo... to come to the aid of Solo and take out Jacob. This allowed Solo to pick up the win, and become your NEW Men's US Champ. So happy for Solo.. but now we are back in the whole Bloodline situation, and it's really old. We still have Tama to return as well.. so will he join Jacob or Solo? Do we see Jimmy and potentially Jey in the mix to come to the aid of Jacob in the future? Messy.

-Queen of the Ring Final: Asuka vs. Jade Cargill

Both of these wonderful women deserved the chance for this overall... but the match just wasn't there for me. While Jade is very much improving and showing what she can bring to the table, it was a bit "iffy" for me. I did want Asuka to win.. she did not. Jade brought home the crown, which made all the most sense. Now we have it set for not only Tiffy.. but Naomi and potentially Bianca as well. Going into Summer Slam.. this feud might be one of the most important.

-Undisputed WWE Championship Match: CM Punk vs. John Cena

I will admit, it had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. These two are wonderful, and it did made me sad to see them face off for the last time. While the match was good, we did see some issues.. Seth Rollins and his crew did come to the ring, briefcase in hand. Sami and Penta came to help save that as well. What really got me.. was we did see Seth hit Punk with the briefcase... allowing Punk to not lose clean. Cena got the win.. and retained his title. This ensures that we 100% see Cody and Cena at Summer Slam. But the question is... how will that match end? And what will the full build look like? Could we see (in an INSANE turn of events) heel Cody and face Cena?

Overall: 7.9/10

UP NEXT: Monday Night Raw

-What will Nick and Adam have to say about Evolution 2?
-What will come of the Women's Tag Team Championships??
-Will we see NEW Men's Tag Team Champs?
-More matches made for Saturday Night Main Event??

until next time

Chels

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown Blog

What a Monday Night Raw on Netflix before Money in the Bank on Saturday! This one had it's ups and downs, but.. we got through it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking Off: CM PUNK We saw a little promo talking about Money in the Bank.. seeing that his triple threat was the main event. It wasn't long until we saw Sami come out as well.. planting little seeds here and there for what could happen during said match.  -Women's Money in the Bank Qualifier: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Ivy Nile vs. Liv Morgan I enjoyed this match very much, and of course it was nice to see Stephanie Vaquer join the main roster. Sadly, we knew the out come before the match even started. It was kind of obvious Ivy wouldn't be moving forward (even tho it would be nice to see her in such a match), but it was a toss up. While it COULD have been interesting if Liv was involved.. it was actually Stephanie that picked up the win. Looks like someone will be booking double duty...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown: The Crash Out

MANNNN.... I ain't even got it to start an intro. Let's just get into it.  -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: John Cena It wasn't long after Cena came out to address the crowd before we saw Punk come out. The two exchanged words, and it wasn't long until the match was made. We are running it back my friends for these two once again, and surprisingly... I am not mad at it. Only thing is.. Cena said he would have to come get it.. At Saudi. THE IRONY HURTS lol. Regardless, this should be pretty dang good. -AJ Styles vs. Chad Gable I enjoyed this match more than I thought I would to be honest.. both men work well together. I was also very impressed with Chad.. seeing that he had one hell of a weekend. I don't know if they will go forward really with a story line but it was good to see AJ win.   -Rhea Ripley vs. Kairi Sane vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Liv Morgan This is where the crash out is starting my friends. I don't know where in the hell this is going. I THINK I know, bu...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown (April 28th)

We've got one hell of a Monday Night Raw, and we've got a lot to talk about! Let's get into it! -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman I thought this was wonderful! The promo that Seth gave was AMAZING and really gave a glimpse of what is to come within this group and story. Of course, we did have Sami come out to get a little promo with Seth as well.. and it was pretty damn good. I enjoyed it very much! I still fully believe that this was a push into the direction of Sami joining Seth/Bron/Paul shortly down the road. And this will come in the form of turning on Jey Uso.. I think it's going to be one of the best storylines this year to be honest.  -Rhea vs Roxanne  Are we finally getting Roxanne on the main roster? I hope so! I enjoyed this match overall, but wish it didn't end in a DQ.. I would have loved to have a clean match between these two. It does however look we will get Rhea NOT going for the title again right now (which...
