WWE Monday Night Raw Rundown/Review

It just dawned on me that I never did my Smackdown Rundown... and I am so upset. Let's just say it was a busy and full weekend for me. Regardless, this week for wrestling is going to be HUGE.. so bare with me, as it will be ALOT! I think I will have a blog every single day from Saturday-Tuesday... I might even have two in one day. Saturday is TWO PPVs.. in Wrestlepalooza and AEW All Out.... I WILL be watching AEW first and LIVE so you can expect the tweets. I am unsure about watching Wrestlepalooza in real time due to AEW but I will be tweeting as best as possible when I do watch it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking off: John Cena We had a pretty dang good promo with Cena and talking about Brock... A good bit of this confused me.. seeing that Brock has only been on Smackdown and not Raw leading up to their match on Saturday. I wish there was a little more. With this.. this makes me believe the match itself isn't going to end clean and will m...

WWE Monday Night Raw (December 30th) Rundown/Review

Oh this was a little bitter sweet.. I'll tell you. The last Monday Night Raw on USA Network. Next week we will finally be watching Raw on Netflix and boy... is it going to be HUGE! This week was very interesting, and we've got a lot to talk about. So... for the last time this year... let's get into it!

-I don't know how y'all feel.. but WWE keeps hitting with these openings, and this one didn't disappoint. The show opened with Joe and Wade introducing Jey Uso.. however, they were interrupted by The New Day instead. The boos were there, and they didn't hold back once again. I am loving this by the way! Lol! Not long into that, Jey went ahead and came out to join in on the fun of booing the New Day. After that was said and done Jey went on to call out Drew.. however it was Solo that came on the screen to talk about how he would finally defeat Roman next week.. and be the last one standing at the Tribal Chief. This was a distraction as well.. as Drew was able to attack Jey to close out the segment. Again.. with multiple stories in this, and being able to pull it off.. wonderful!

-Otis vs. Chad Gable

I have mixed feelings about this overall. This has been something that has NEEDED to happen, but I feel like it easily could keep going too. I really wish Otis could have gotten a win.. he deserves it, and if you think about it.. it could have been THE final straw for Chad. I am very interesting to see how this story line moves forward.. if Chad will really move on or if there is more to it all. With all the talk about "this is over" posting online.. it makes me believe there WILL in fact be more.

**We saw one hell of a promo/package from Liv and Rhea ahead of their match on Raw next week. With the saying "this has to end" being thrown around.. I have a feeling it will in fact be the end of this saga. I'll be sure to break down Netflix later on in this blog and give my full predictions.

-R Truth vs. Dunne

There wasn't a match. This was pretty much a waste and could have been simply done backstage. While R-Truth was making his entrance.. Pete attacked Truth from behind throwing the match out all together.

-Dakota Kai vs. Zoey Stark

This match was pretty good for the most part, you can tell both women really wanted the win. It wasn't very hard (if you look at the card) to see who would win.. and in the end, it was Dakota picked up the win to move on to the finals. Could we possibly see Kai and Iyo in the finals to face each other.. Hmm...

-Damian Priest and The War Raiders vs. The Judgment Day

I enjoyed this match very much! The only thing I really don't care for is the same motions of this story line. It's never ending and honestly.. it's the SAME SHIT. What is the end game for all of this exactly? Because I am completely dumbfounded. I'll love to see more of a change on this but.. only time will tell. In the end, it was Priest and War Raiders that picked up the win. This didn't last long due to Finn getting the cheap beat down on DP. Of course this is going to continue. And did anyone catch Finn telling Raquel to tell Liv good luck on her match on Monday? Is Finn going to cost her? Or will it be Becky?? Hmm..

- Sheamus/Ludwig Kaiser

We saw Ludwig come to the ring to call out Bron, however.. this didn't last long due to Sheamus returning and the two went to brawling. I have a feeling this starts the final journey for Ludwig to get the championship.. it's for sure his time. I'd love to see him holding a title before Summer.

-Lyra Valkyria vs. Iyo Sky

This match took me by complete surprise to be honest. I fully expected Iyo to take this win very easy and quick.. BOYYYY was I wrong. These women put on one hell of show and I was very impressed. In the end, it was Lyra that picked up the shocking win to face Dakota in the finals. Soo... this makes me wonderful, who will actually win? My full guess would be Dakota.. but you can never be sure.

-CM Punk and Seth Rollins Face-to-Face

Holy shat. If you haven't watched this promo/face to face.. please stop what you are doing, and come back to talk about it. I can't even fully recap this.. but it was INTENSE. I really loved it and the intense atmosphere. This really adds to next week and what will happen. If I am not mistaken.. this will be the main event and from the looks of it.. they will tear each other completely apart.

Overall: 9.2/10

================================================================

NETFLIX CARD AND PREDICTIONS:

*Tribal Combat: Roman vs Solo (Prediction: Roman wins and The Rock will return)

*WWE Women's World Championship (Last Woman Standing): Liv vs Rhea (Prediction: Becky will return to cost Liv the title)

CM Punk vs Seth Rollins: Predictions: Seth will win

Jey Uso vs. Drew McIntyre: Drew will win

John Cena’s retirement tour begins (this makes me so sad and worried as the same time...)

**Wyatt Sicks and The Final Testament will have a promo/segment. I am hoping this will be in ring.. and will finally lead to Uncle Howdy vs Kross at The Royal Rumble.

UP NEXT: AEW Wednesday Night Dynamte

**I am pumped for this and it will be the first time Dynamite will be on Max! I have a feeling this will be a big one.

WWE Friday Night Smackdown Rundown/Review

It's the Smackdown after Summer Slam.. and boy do we have a rundown for you. I don't know all what I expected from this, but it was a ride.. let me tell you.  **ALSO.. MAJOR THANK YOU to my 1,000 followers on Twitter! I made a post talking about how I really wanted to get 1k before the end of the month and y'all SHOWED OUT in a big way! It's so nice to have everyone, and I hope we can have a blast together!  Let's get into it! -Kicking off Smackdown: John Cena I really enjoyed this overall, but what I didn't like... was Logan Paul coming out. This wasn't on my "I want this match" list.. but it is what it is, I guess. It looks like we are getting the two at Clash in Paris later on in the month. We did see Drew McIntyre and Cody come into play, and the fact we are also getting a tag match later in the night.  -Motor City Machine Guns vs. JC Mateo and Talla Tonga Not happy. Solo made it clear that MFT was coming after the tag titles, which... we know ...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown Blog

What a Monday Night Raw on Netflix before Money in the Bank on Saturday! This one had it's ups and downs, but.. we got through it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking Off: CM PUNK We saw a little promo talking about Money in the Bank.. seeing that his triple threat was the main event. It wasn't long until we saw Sami come out as well.. planting little seeds here and there for what could happen during said match.  -Women's Money in the Bank Qualifier: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Ivy Nile vs. Liv Morgan I enjoyed this match very much, and of course it was nice to see Stephanie Vaquer join the main roster. Sadly, we knew the out come before the match even started. It was kind of obvious Ivy wouldn't be moving forward (even tho it would be nice to see her in such a match), but it was a toss up. While it COULD have been interesting if Liv was involved.. it was actually Stephanie that picked up the win. Looks like someone will be booking double duty...

Summer Slam Night 1 AND Night 2 Results/Reaction/Review

Summer Slam has come and gone.. and BOY... did we have one hell of a time. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it!  Night 1: -Roman Reigns and Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed This kicking off was pretty good in my opinion. While I do think the match wasn't one to blow your mind... it was still pretty dang good overall. In the end, we did see Roman and Jey pick up the win. This isn't what I thought would happen, but it is understandable moving forward (esp after watching Monday Night Raw). -Judgment Day (c) vs. Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair -Women's Tag Titles This match was pretty solid over all. All women did wonderful together and I enjoyed it! I feel like this match had so much on it in the first place, and there were so many people getting their hopes up for a Liv pop up. Sadly, that did not happen. We however.. did see Alexa and Charlotte pick up the win to win the tag titles! I am so happy for both women and hope they do this story ri...
