WWE Monday Night Raw Rundown

I'll tell you what.. I guess that tweet wasn't lying about Monday Night Raw...IYKYK. We've got A LOT to talk about.. and a crash out is on the horizon.    -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: Liv Morgan Liv Morgan came to the ring with Dom to give a promo, explaining her actions last week with Nikki Bella. In this, she also called out Iyo Sky.. and she wants another title shot. Iyo came to the ring as well, and it all but seemed like this was a story ready to kick off.  -Ivy Nile vs. Stephanie Vaquer vs. Raquel Rodriguez vs. Asuka (Queen of the Ring) This match was SO much better than I thought it was going to be overall. I really had this match between two women, and that was Vaquer and Asuka. All women did wonderful, and work so well together. We did see Rhea come out and cost Raquel in return from Rhea's match. And in the end, it was Asuka that got the win! She will now face Alexa Bliss this Friday! That match.. should be very good. It will be interesting t...

AEW World's End (Dec 28th) Rundown/Review

Another PPV has come and gone... and this one... oh my.

-I'm so proud of myself getting this done first thing in the morning. I am heading to see some family for a late Christmas, and most likely going to be getting back a little later than I want. I am so sick of getting behind recently.. so this was my only option. We've got a hell of a PPV to unpack.. so let's get into it!

**I did not watch Zero Hour, so that will not be in the blog. I did hear that all three matches were good!

-Kyle Fletcher vs. Will Ospreay

Um, holy woah! This match was freaking amazing and for sure up there for MOTY! Will was busted open pretty quickly into the match, and it was looking pretty rough. The match was so intense, that by the end of it all.. I couldn't honestly tell who would win. It did go back and forth for a while.. and for a second there I was convinced that Kyle had it. But in the end, it was Will Ospreay that got the win to move on to the finals. After a hell of a losing streak... it was much deserved. 10/10 match!

-Ricochet vs. Kazuchika Okada

I went into this match fully expecting a swerve.. but thank goodness I was wrong. Was this a banger match? Not really.. but it was still pretty damn good. The heat on Ricochet is amazing and I really hope that keep that going throughout his next feud. As expected, Okada did pick up the win.. and will move on to face Will in the finals.

-Mariah May vs. Thunder Rosa

While I have been so unsure about this match going into it.. I was pretty impressed. Both women brought their game with this, and showed out in the best way they know how. I enjoyed it! I do hope moving forward with Mariah May that there is more story.. Her title rein has been pretty bland, but after this.. I am hoping for something better. After a brutal exchange, it was Mariah that retained her title.

-MJF vs. Adam Cole

This match almost made me have a brain aneurysm. This story line just doesn't seem to die, and it doesn't look like it will anytime soon. First of all Matt and Mike were ring side, which made me think we were going to see them turn on Adam Cole after everything that happened to Roddy. I also fully expected for Adam Cole to win the Dynamite Diamond Ring... Nope. MJF was able to hit Adam with a low blow.. followed by Heat Seeker for the win. In a shocking turn of events, Roddy returned (along with Kyle O'Reilly) and took out MJF and helped Adam. Still... after all of that, I was still expecting some kind of turn. Could there be one down the road? Sure... only time will tell. But is this over? Hell no.

-Konosuke Takeshita vs. Powerhouse Hobbs

This match was pretty damn good, all together. I enjoyed it from start to finish! Both men are freakin powerhouses.. and it was shown. Overall, I was really pushing for Hobbs... but sadly that didn't happen. In the end, Takeshita was able to over power Hobbs and pick up the win to retain his title. The question is.. will this continue? Or will we see a new challenger sooner than later?

-Mercedes Mone vs. Kris Statlander

But why. Overall (besides the ending) the match was pretty good. Both women can work well together.. but that didn't stop a couple of awkward moments here and there. I really (desperately) wanted Stat to pick up this win, but nope. I love Mone and all.. but where is the story (besides a couple here and there) with her? I just feel her whole rein is flat and unnecessary. Mone got the win to retain.. and it's on to the next. Who will she face next?

-Kazuchika Okada vs. Will Ospreay

Woah.. So both men had matches before this, and to be honest.. you could tell. Both men were a bit worn down but still put up one hell of a fight. There were multiple times were I honestly wasn't sure who would pick up the win but it was the announcers who gave it away.. Can we please make them stop doing this? One of them said something in the sense of "Okada has been on a streak with tournaments" or something in that manner.. So it's not shocking when I say that Okada was able to pick up the win over Will to keep his championship. And of course.. they made it a big deal that this was Okada's 5th tournament win. They kept Okada in the ring for longer than expected, which of course made me think something was about to happen. Also.. the fact that they didn't give him his championship right away. Christopher Daniels came to the stage to tell Okada he couldn't give him the belt.. because he was no longer interim EVP anymore.. and out came Kenny Omega! AHHHHH! The scream that I let out! I knew he was returning at Wrestle Dynasty.. but this was a very nice surprise and touch to it all! I can't wait to see everything unfold!

-Jon Moxley vs. Adam Page vs. Orange Cassidy vs. Jay White

What the hell was even that. You can lie to yourself all you want, this match sucked. This is coming from someone who loves AEW.. and tries to give them every chance (yeah, i'll admit it). It just wasn't good, it was very lack luster in every single way. There was so much going on.. so many interference's... obviously it wasn't fair. I had seen some comments on twitter stating that the match could have been alittle better if it wasn't so over booked... and to an extend... I'll agree. Jay White took the pin from Mox.. and Mox retained. Death Riders were still going in for the attack.. until FTR showed up and revealed they were not along. Adam Copeland made his grand return and they went on to take out the Death Riders. Some were not thrilled about this.. but I love it. Match sucked, but the ending made it a little better I guess.

**Thoughts for later: We know Christian is involved, as he has the match contract. Later down the road will we see a turn from Adam Copeland to help Christian to get them back together? Hmm.. it's a stretch, but it could happen. Also.. I don't see Mox losing that title until at least All In Texas... so keep that in mind as well.

Overall: 7.9/10

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown (April 28th)

We've got one hell of a Monday Night Raw, and we've got a lot to talk about! Let's get into it! -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman I thought this was wonderful! The promo that Seth gave was AMAZING and really gave a glimpse of what is to come within this group and story. Of course, we did have Sami come out to get a little promo with Seth as well.. and it was pretty damn good. I enjoyed it very much! I still fully believe that this was a push into the direction of Sami joining Seth/Bron/Paul shortly down the road. And this will come in the form of turning on Jey Uso.. I think it's going to be one of the best storylines this year to be honest.  -Rhea vs Roxanne  Are we finally getting Roxanne on the main roster? I hope so! I enjoyed this match overall, but wish it didn't end in a DQ.. I would have loved to have a clean match between these two. It does however look we will get Rhea NOT going for the title again right now (which...

WWE Friday Night Smackdown (April 11th) Rundown/Review

We are officially ONE WEEK away from Wrestlemania, and this one is going to be HUGE! I can't wait! We are going to talk a little bit about everything that has happened last night and then go straight into what I believe will happen next Sat and Sun! We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Nick kicks off Smackdown with Randy  We got both men face to face in this, and I won't lie.. it was pretty damn good. Can we please see these two go at it at Mania?? It's been teased for far too long, and it would for sure deliver. However, before it could go any further.. Solo and Tama made themselves known. I think I can speak for everyone when I tell you that the air left everyone's body. But thankfully it was a set up for a tag team match between Randy/LA vs Tama/Solo.. -Women's Gauntlet Match Overall.. we kind of knew who would win this. I will say it was pretty good and nice to see all these teams go at it. I will also mention, whatever this is with Maxx...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown Blog

What a Monday Night Raw on Netflix before Money in the Bank on Saturday! This one had it's ups and downs, but.. we got through it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking Off: CM PUNK We saw a little promo talking about Money in the Bank.. seeing that his triple threat was the main event. It wasn't long until we saw Sami come out as well.. planting little seeds here and there for what could happen during said match.  -Women's Money in the Bank Qualifier: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Ivy Nile vs. Liv Morgan I enjoyed this match very much, and of course it was nice to see Stephanie Vaquer join the main roster. Sadly, we knew the out come before the match even started. It was kind of obvious Ivy wouldn't be moving forward (even tho it would be nice to see her in such a match), but it was a toss up. While it COULD have been interesting if Liv was involved.. it was actually Stephanie that picked up the win. Looks like someone will be booking double duty...
