WWE Friday Night Smackdown Rundown/Review

I'm a little late, but here we go. We've got a lot to talk about.. so let's get into it! -Kicking off: Cody Rhodes We didn't get very much but was told by Nick Aldis that we are getting a No 1 Contenders match in which we will see Jacob Fatu vs Drew McIntyre. This is very interesting see that we didn't think Jacob was cleared. Cody did address his loss to Seth.. however now has his eyes set on the new fued that is brewing. This.. should be interesting to say the least.   -Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss vs. Sol Ruca and Zaria (for the Tag Team Titles) I loved this match! I LOVED seeing Sol Ruca and Zaria on the main roster.. and this match delivered overall. However in the end, it was Alexa and Charlotte picked up the win to retain their titles. If you haven't seen this match, please do.. it was worth it. I can't wait to see not only what Alexa and Charlotte will do next.. but what is next for Sol and Zaria.   -United States Championship Open Challenge: Sami...

Life Updates

And we are back with a little life update!

Things have calmed down (kinda) in the Gamble household. We are finally over this sickness that took everyone out, damn near. Having a two year old (who is potentially autistic) that is very sick is extremely hard. They can't tell you what is wrong, and of course they don't understand what is happening to them in that time. It's been one week since we had to take him to the hospital, and MAJOR thank you to Tri Star Medical Center in Nashville for the most amazing care. They all treated James with such caution, care, and understanding. We only had a few small melt downs in the ER and for that.. I'm thankful.

School started back last week too. Taking FOUR online courses this year was a mistake, just plain and simple. It's already kicking my butt, but I have a game plan in action and I'm happy with it.

I'm back with content creation (for real this time)! I finally broke down and bought a new phone case with a connector on the back to hold my phone in place while I film. This is gonna be so much better than before. Plus, we are cleaning out our home.. we aren't moving, it's just we have too much stuff for such a small place. I have the kitchen taken care of, and some of the dining room.. next up is the rest of the dining room, living room, hall way, and bathroom. My bedroom is off limits for the time being. The reason this is happening.. is ONE.. it simply needs to happen, it's been long over due. 2nd.. next Monday will be starting in home therapy for James. As stated before, we have been going through the process of getting a autism diagnosis. Our doctor brought this up in February and we wanted to wait and see how he progressed to August. However, August came around.. his 2 year check up, and it wasn't something we could avoid anymore. We won't have a full evaluation until the end of October, so right now we are doing everything we can to help him speak and communicate with us. This has been such a scary time, but I know our good Lord will provide.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I can't believe it's already September! I feel like this year is flying. Seriously.. I turn 31 next month! I will do my best to have a good bit of content out this week.. I will have Walmart links, recipes, YouTube videos, and even some product reviews on IG sooner than later. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to contact me and let me know.

I haven't decided if we are going to really go in depth with our journey of finding a diagnosis of James.. If you haven't already seen, we don't allow James's face on the internet. If we do post him, his face is blurred out. This is a personal choice, and I hope that is respected.

This week is pretty big in wrestling. We have Monday Night Raw tonight (which is also the fall out from Bash In Berlin), the final Dynamite until All Out on Saturday, and the fall out from BIB on Friday Night Smackdown. Of course.. we also have All Out from Chicago Saturday night! Thank goodness for regular time PPVs.. because watching them during the day is rough on me with a toddler.

I'll be doing my best to LIVE tweet tonight, of course there will be a small delay due to bed time with the tiny human.

Keep up with me in real time on IG (unapologetically.chels) and give me a follow! Send me a message and let me know that you saw my blog post and I'll be sure to give you a follow back.

until next time

xoxo,
Chels

WWE Friday Night Smackdown Rundown/Review

It's the Smackdown after Summer Slam.. and boy do we have a rundown for you. I don't know all what I expected from this, but it was a ride.. let me tell you.  **ALSO.. MAJOR THANK YOU to my 1,000 followers on Twitter! I made a post talking about how I really wanted to get 1k before the end of the month and y'all SHOWED OUT in a big way! It's so nice to have everyone, and I hope we can have a blast together!  Let's get into it! -Kicking off Smackdown: John Cena I really enjoyed this overall, but what I didn't like... was Logan Paul coming out. This wasn't on my "I want this match" list.. but it is what it is, I guess. It looks like we are getting the two at Clash in Paris later on in the month. We did see Drew McIntyre and Cody come into play, and the fact we are also getting a tag match later in the night.  -Motor City Machine Guns vs. JC Mateo and Talla Tonga Not happy. Solo made it clear that MFT was coming after the tag titles, which... we know ...

Summer Slam Night 1 AND Night 2 Results/Reaction/Review

Summer Slam has come and gone.. and BOY... did we have one hell of a time. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it!  Night 1: -Roman Reigns and Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed This kicking off was pretty good in my opinion. While I do think the match wasn't one to blow your mind... it was still pretty dang good overall. In the end, we did see Roman and Jey pick up the win. This isn't what I thought would happen, but it is understandable moving forward (esp after watching Monday Night Raw). -Judgment Day (c) vs. Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair -Women's Tag Titles This match was pretty solid over all. All women did wonderful together and I enjoyed it! I feel like this match had so much on it in the first place, and there were so many people getting their hopes up for a Liv pop up. Sadly, that did not happen. We however.. did see Alexa and Charlotte pick up the win to win the tag titles! I am so happy for both women and hope they do this story ri...

WWE Evolution 2 Rundown/Blog

Okay, I didn't expect this PLE to go this hard.. but here we are. I was SHOCKED out of my mind with this. The build up might have not been good, but the show... they did that shit.  -Kicking Off:  Becky Lynch vs. Bayley vs. Lyra Valkyria This was a whole lot better than I thought it was going to turn out. While I did want to see Bayley pull off a win, I did have to remember that Summer Slam is just under 3 weeks away. All three women did so damn good, but it was Becky that retained. So does this mean we could infact see Bayley and Becky once again face off at SS next month? Because that would be the best place for Bayley to win. -Jacy Jayne vs. Jordynne Grace I haven't been very familiar with Jacy Jayne, but I liked her! She is pretty good overall. There were some issues here and there within the match but they did their best to recover. However.. as expected we saw Blake Monroe turn on Jordynne Grace to cost her the match by hitting her with the title. It seems we are getting...
