Summer Slam Predictions Night 1 and Night 2

ANDDDDDDDD I'm back after a small break, but however.. my little website revamp didn't happen as well as I thought it would. I did (FINALLY) change my name to Chels Wrestling on here.. as it is on my twitter. We've got ALOT to talk about, so let's get into it! -TONIGHT is the FINAL Smackdown before the 2 night Summer Slam and I fully expect this to be pretty good overall. The question is... how many titles will be really changing?? I FULLY expect Naomi and The Wyatts to retain.. but what about everyone else? Hmm.. they are saying that this is the "Wrestlemania of the Summer"...  I'll be LIVE tweeting as best as possible tonight, so stay tuned! Let's get into the predictions.. Let me also remind you that this is my personal opinion AND what I am hoping for... it's okay to disagree, friends. -NIGHT 1 -CM Punk vs Gunther (c) I feel like this match wasn't really hyped up, and that it was just put together. There is no other story than Punk winning...

AEW Wednesday Night Dynamite (Sept 11th) Rundown/Review

Tonight's Dynamite was something else, let me tell you! It's the fall out from All Out last weekend, and it did not disappoint! I wanted to go LIVE on YouTube, however you have to have at least 50 subscribers... Sadly, I am (I think) less than 20 away from my goal. This ended up not happening because my son had a little accident at dinner, and I was too worried about him during that time. I am going to be trying again tomorrow night during Friday Night Smackdown. We have a lot to talk about, so let's get into it!

-We kicked off Dynamite with an AMAZING video package/promo from Moxley, and the aftermath of his turn on Bryan Danielson. I thought that was pretty great, and really gave the reasoning behind Mox's actions. This feud is going to be something else it seems.

We got Christian Cage opening the show, coming out with his title contract. Does anyone think he will be champion with the next year? I have this feeling, but I just can't pin point. This promo didn't last very long, but the point was made. Does anyone think that Killswitch might cost Christian in the long run? What about that little exchange between Killswitch and Jack Perry last week? Keeps you thinking doesn't it? I could have sworn earlier in the year, I had seen a report about Jack Perry trademarking "A Boy and His Dinosaur " but.. I can't 100% confirm.

-Jack Perry vs. Lio Rush (TNT Title)

The first match of the night! I didn't think this one was going to be good, but I ended up really enjoying it. The two men work very well together, and between the strength and quickness of each one.. it ended up being very interesting. Overall, I wouldn't mind seeing them work together more. In the end, we saw Jack Perry pick up the win to retain his title.

For an unannounced match, Private Party/Komander were coming out to take on Spanish Announce Project.. however this match didn't even start. Mox and his new group came to the ring and made their attack. Pac then went on to say that what had happened at All Out was inevitable. This group is more than I expected in the long run.. and they are just getting started. I can't wait to see what happens with them moving forward. What about Yuta tho?

-Sammy Guevara vs. Ricochet

Loved it. Simple and to the point, I loved this match in every single way. These two work AMAZING together. Sammy and Ricochet both have the most amazing high flying abilities and quickness, which made this match not only enjoyable but gave a great story. This is the first time the two have been in the ring in about seven yeas. In the end, it was Ricochet that scored the win. This didn't last long due to Beast Mortos taking out Ricochet via spear. Sammy then chased Beast away with a chair. Hm..is this Ricochet's next opponent?? That's a match I wouldn't mind seeing in the very near future.

Up next we had Darby come to the ring and that he is right here if there was anyone looking for him. Mox didn't wait very long until he came out with Shafir. We heard a pretty dang good promo from Darby about how he looked up to Mox but was pretty pissed about what he did to Danielson. In a shocking turn of events we heard Mox tell Darby he wanted him to give up his title shot. In the end, Darby told him to earn it. Moxley said to put up his title shot in a match at Grand Slam.. and Darby accepted.

-Mariah May vs. Queen Aminata

I love these two women. They are both wonderful in my opinion, and this match was showing it. These two women matched each other very well! This match gave the importance of the title in my opinion, as it was very hard hitting in the second half. But in the end, we saw Mariah May score the win. Can we PLEASE get Queen Aminata on Dynamite more? Please and thank you. Afterward, we had May with the mic saying that she hasn't yet had her title celebration and that she needed Mina. Hmm.. is that all that will be there?

-The Learning Tree vs The Iron Savages

Why. Y'all already know how I feel about Chris and this character. However, I do love Orange Cassidy.. so that softens the blow of having to hear "HI GUYS". We saw a quick little bout of a match in which The Iron Savages lost in a quick manner. After the match we saw The Conglomeration dumping $7000 in pennies/change onto Chris Jericho's Bentley. I thought this was pretty funny. Can this be the end of this tho? Because... I'm struggle with keeping up with it. I will say.. did anyone see Big Bill's look at Chris after he talked about there was no friends in this business. Are we hinting at the demise of this group?? Please and thank you.

-Nigel McGuinness

Okay, this one is gonna piss some people off but let's do this. Nigel came to the ring (after we saw a backstage segment with Nigel needed to talk with Tony) and gave one hell of a promo. By the end, it was announced that at Grand Slam we would see Nigel McGuinness vs Bryan Danielson for the AEW World Championship. It was later said that this match would only take place IF Bryan was cleared in two weeks. Here is where people are crying.. so let me give my input.

-Mox NEVER said that Bryan wasn't cleared while talking to Darby.
-This extends the feud between Mox/Darby/Danielson by at least two weeks.
-It was clarified that the match between Danielson/Nigel would only take place IF Danielson was cleared.

Personally, I love it. I think it's interesting and fun. Remember.. it's wrestling, it's not that serious. Some people don't agree and that is okay.. to each their own.

-Tag Team Casino Gauntlet Match

Teams:

    FTR
    Ospreay and Fletcher
    The Righteous
    Undisputed Kingdom
    The Acclaimed
    MxM Collection
    Top Flight
    The Outrunners
    Grizzled Young Veterans

I've seen a lot of people upset with this.. another Casino Gauntlet Match. I love it, personally. It's fun and you never know who will come out. I personally thought MCMG was going to debut but I was wrong. If they are headed to WWE, then I hope they are used greatly and respectfully. Wherever they go, I know they will be great! However, this match was great! I saw a lot of the tag teams I haven't in a while like MxM Collection (I don't watch Rampage or Collision right now), the Outrunners, and the Righteous. I LOVED the pop for Outrunners.. they are so over! In the end, we saw Ospreay and Fletcher take the win. The look on Osprey's face was PRICELESS! I can't wait for this match! What if we get Mark Davis back sooner than later?? I wouldn't mind a reuniting of United Empire? Only time will tell!

Overall: 8.9/10

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

With this being the fall out from All Out, I was pretty happy. But no Mercedes? Where's Britt? With Britt.. I can see her being off until Oct 2nd.. with that being the 5 year show, and it being in Pittsburgh. Will Bryan return next week? Hmm.. so much to think about on this one.

-Up NEXT: We have WWE Friday Night Smackdown

-Roman Reigns RETURNS
-Will the Bloodline explain their actions after an attack on NXT this week?
-Is there bad blood between Nia and Tiffy?

So much to check out tomorrow night! Again, I am going to do my best to hit 50 subscribers on YouTube and go LIVE but no promises. Between work and school lately, it's been kicking my butt.

until next time

xoxo,
Chels

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown Blog

What a Monday Night Raw on Netflix before Money in the Bank on Saturday! This one had it's ups and downs, but.. we got through it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking Off: CM PUNK We saw a little promo talking about Money in the Bank.. seeing that his triple threat was the main event. It wasn't long until we saw Sami come out as well.. planting little seeds here and there for what could happen during said match.  -Women's Money in the Bank Qualifier: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Ivy Nile vs. Liv Morgan I enjoyed this match very much, and of course it was nice to see Stephanie Vaquer join the main roster. Sadly, we knew the out come before the match even started. It was kind of obvious Ivy wouldn't be moving forward (even tho it would be nice to see her in such a match), but it was a toss up. While it COULD have been interesting if Liv was involved.. it was actually Stephanie that picked up the win. Looks like someone will be booking double duty...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown: The Crash Out

MANNNN.... I ain't even got it to start an intro. Let's just get into it.  -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: John Cena It wasn't long after Cena came out to address the crowd before we saw Punk come out. The two exchanged words, and it wasn't long until the match was made. We are running it back my friends for these two once again, and surprisingly... I am not mad at it. Only thing is.. Cena said he would have to come get it.. At Saudi. THE IRONY HURTS lol. Regardless, this should be pretty dang good. -AJ Styles vs. Chad Gable I enjoyed this match more than I thought I would to be honest.. both men work well together. I was also very impressed with Chad.. seeing that he had one hell of a weekend. I don't know if they will go forward really with a story line but it was good to see AJ win.   -Rhea Ripley vs. Kairi Sane vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Liv Morgan This is where the crash out is starting my friends. I don't know where in the hell this is going. I THINK I know, bu...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown (April 28th)

We've got one hell of a Monday Night Raw, and we've got a lot to talk about! Let's get into it! -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman I thought this was wonderful! The promo that Seth gave was AMAZING and really gave a glimpse of what is to come within this group and story. Of course, we did have Sami come out to get a little promo with Seth as well.. and it was pretty damn good. I enjoyed it very much! I still fully believe that this was a push into the direction of Sami joining Seth/Bron/Paul shortly down the road. And this will come in the form of turning on Jey Uso.. I think it's going to be one of the best storylines this year to be honest.  -Rhea vs Roxanne  Are we finally getting Roxanne on the main roster? I hope so! I enjoyed this match overall, but wish it didn't end in a DQ.. I would have loved to have a clean match between these two. It does however look we will get Rhea NOT going for the title again right now (which...
