Summer Slam Predictions Night 1 and Night 2

ANDDDDDDDD I'm back after a small break, but however.. my little website revamp didn't happen as well as I thought it would. I did (FINALLY) change my name to Chels Wrestling on here.. as it is on my twitter. We've got ALOT to talk about, so let's get into it! -TONIGHT is the FINAL Smackdown before the 2 night Summer Slam and I fully expect this to be pretty good overall. The question is... how many titles will be really changing?? I FULLY expect Naomi and The Wyatts to retain.. but what about everyone else? Hmm.. they are saying that this is the "Wrestlemania of the Summer"...  I'll be LIVE tweeting as best as possible tonight, so stay tuned! Let's get into the predictions.. Let me also remind you that this is my personal opinion AND what I am hoping for... it's okay to disagree, friends. -NIGHT 1 -CM Punk vs Gunther (c) I feel like this match wasn't really hyped up, and that it was just put together. There is no other story than Punk winning...

AEW Wednesday Night Dyamite (September 18th) Rundown/Review

We are about three weeks away from WrestleDream and things are heating up. This Dynamite didn't disappoint, and we've got a lot to unpack. So, let's get into it!

-Chris Jericho vs. Orange Cassidy

I wasn't expecting this one to open the show.. but here we are. I think everyone knows how I feel about the whole "Learning Tree" situation.. but this match wasn't awful. Over done... sure. I think are slowly seeing the downfall of the learning tree faction, with Big Bill and Jericho having a feud within the next few weeks. I assume they will have a match by Full Gear. Regardless, the match went on and honestly.. I thought Jericho was going to steal this one. With a roll of quarters, Orange took the win. Now can we be done? Please and thank you.

-Hook had a match with a local, and of course it was a squash. I hate those matches, and I really don't care who is doing it.. at least making it seem believable. This was also pushing Roddy and Hook which will face each other next week at Grand Slam.

-Aminata and Sakazaki vs. Deeb and May

If we can just get more Queen Aminata that would be wonderful, because I love her. This match was pretty good, these four are wonderful to be honest and I would love to see more.. of course May being the champ... we see her a good bit. I also wonder who will be her next feud. The match took a turn when May caused a disqualification, and beat Yuka with the title belt.

-We saw Yuta talk backstage. You could still tell he was in a strange head space and not himself. It seems he will be in the match defending the trios title next week at Grand Slam. Is Yuta going to turn too? Hmm.. So many questions.

Jon Moxley, Marina Shafir and Claudio Castagnoli were coming through the crowd when Private Party decided to attack them. In the end of that beat down (now reversed)... Mox crushed Zay's hand with a hammer as the crowd was chanting "you sick f***".. it wasn't long before Darby arrived to have a face off with Mox and the BCC.

-The Beast Mortos vs. Ricochet

This match threw me for a loop. I wasn't expecting it to be this good, but here we are. I have been loving the fact that Mortos has been used more and more like a regular, and I hope it stays that way moving forward. In the end, these two work very well together within their styles. It made for one hell of a match. But in the end, we saw Ricochet picked up the win.

Ricochet confirmed he will face Ospreay for the international title on October 2nd.. which of course pissed some people off. What does it matter? The man won all his matches thus far, it isn't that serious. I've seen the post of how ridiculous it is for Ricochet to get a title shot so soon... Mone did it? AND WON.. but that wasn't a problem?? Hmm.. mmkay.

- The Elite vs. Ospreay, Takeshita and Fletcher

I thought this match was wonderful! Things are getting a little tense between Ospreay/Fletcher and Takeshita... do we see a complete breakdown of this group moving forward? In the last few weeks, it sure has been teased. Overall, the match was pretty good and I enjoyed it. This leads be to believe next week at Grand Slam will be pretty interesting. Could we see NEW champs? That.. I would love. Could we also see Mark Davis come back and there will be a trios match? Again.. I would LOVE. In the end, we saw some false finishes (which had me on the edge of my seat) but it was Fletcher that got the win over Nick.

-BEFORE THE MAIN EVENT: Hangman had an interview with Tony Schiavone, and he was almost attacked... however it was Jeff Jarrett that made the save. I've seen a lot of people talk about how this just wasn't it and how could Hangman feud with Jeff after the whole Swerve situation. This takes it back before hand in the Owen Cup.. some people are forgetting that. I like it, personally. Both men are wonderful and this feud is going to be something else.

Overall: 8.7/10

UP NEXT: Friday Night Smackdown

NEXT WEEK: Grand Slam in NY!

-Where is Mone? And Britt? Hmm...
-Is the Orange and Jericho going to keep going? Please.. no.
-Who will May face next? Mina? Please... yes.
-Will Bryan be able to face Nigel?

So much going on! It's going to be good!

until next time

xoxo,
Chels

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown Blog

What a Monday Night Raw on Netflix before Money in the Bank on Saturday! This one had it's ups and downs, but.. we got through it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking Off: CM PUNK We saw a little promo talking about Money in the Bank.. seeing that his triple threat was the main event. It wasn't long until we saw Sami come out as well.. planting little seeds here and there for what could happen during said match.  -Women's Money in the Bank Qualifier: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Ivy Nile vs. Liv Morgan I enjoyed this match very much, and of course it was nice to see Stephanie Vaquer join the main roster. Sadly, we knew the out come before the match even started. It was kind of obvious Ivy wouldn't be moving forward (even tho it would be nice to see her in such a match), but it was a toss up. While it COULD have been interesting if Liv was involved.. it was actually Stephanie that picked up the win. Looks like someone will be booking double duty...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown: The Crash Out

MANNNN.... I ain't even got it to start an intro. Let's just get into it.  -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: John Cena It wasn't long after Cena came out to address the crowd before we saw Punk come out. The two exchanged words, and it wasn't long until the match was made. We are running it back my friends for these two once again, and surprisingly... I am not mad at it. Only thing is.. Cena said he would have to come get it.. At Saudi. THE IRONY HURTS lol. Regardless, this should be pretty dang good. -AJ Styles vs. Chad Gable I enjoyed this match more than I thought I would to be honest.. both men work well together. I was also very impressed with Chad.. seeing that he had one hell of a weekend. I don't know if they will go forward really with a story line but it was good to see AJ win.   -Rhea Ripley vs. Kairi Sane vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Liv Morgan This is where the crash out is starting my friends. I don't know where in the hell this is going. I THINK I know, bu...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown (April 28th)

We've got one hell of a Monday Night Raw, and we've got a lot to talk about! Let's get into it! -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman I thought this was wonderful! The promo that Seth gave was AMAZING and really gave a glimpse of what is to come within this group and story. Of course, we did have Sami come out to get a little promo with Seth as well.. and it was pretty damn good. I enjoyed it very much! I still fully believe that this was a push into the direction of Sami joining Seth/Bron/Paul shortly down the road. And this will come in the form of turning on Jey Uso.. I think it's going to be one of the best storylines this year to be honest.  -Rhea vs Roxanne  Are we finally getting Roxanne on the main roster? I hope so! I enjoyed this match overall, but wish it didn't end in a DQ.. I would have loved to have a clean match between these two. It does however look we will get Rhea NOT going for the title again right now (which...
