It's our favorite day of the week.. Monday Night Raw! There was so much that happened last week, this week was so highly anticipated. I'm not gonna lie, this week was pretty good. I didn't get to tweet as much as I wanted.. due to the little one and our puppy who decided to rip off his back nail. Things got a little crazy for a while. Regardless, we have a lot to talk about so let's get into it!
-Raw kicked off with Mami herself.. Rhea Ripley came out to the ring to give a promo on Dom and Liv.. I'm not gonna lie, she let em have it. It wasn't long before Dom/Liv appeared from the crowd. They went back and forth.. and DP appeared behind the two "love birds". They brawled (both Dom/DP and Rhea/Liv) throughout the back and crowd. Rhea did a great job.. but I'm not gonna lie.. Dom.. needs to work on his promo skills. It was a little cringe, and just unbelievable.
-Damian Priest vs Carliot
This match wasn't really note worthy. It was okay, and of course it went along with the story line. I feel we will be seeing more of this in the weeks ahead tho. Like clockwork, Priest picked up the win and was then attacked by The Judgement Day. Rhea came out to help and The Terror Twins once again stood tall. I love this with Rhea/DP but the way they are showing Liv/Dom is a little cringe. Someone had said it's like watching a bad teen comedy. I can get that..
-Wyatt Sicks (Bo Dallas VHS)
I was shocked to see another tape this week. There was no post on Twitter indicating anything, so I was very happy about this. This tape was basically Bo telling us that he felt Bray last week in Baltimore. That everything was going to be full circle, and something big was coming. Hmm... Howdy? Alexa? Match at Bash in Berlin? I'm pretty excited what will be next.
-Odyssey Jones vs Vincent Winey
An enhancement match. There really wasn't anything special about this match overall.. other than showing off Jones and setting up for a match next week. You could tell that Woods was about to snap.. being looked over, talked over, and ignored. The turn is coming... and I honestly don't know how to feel about it. A heel Woods? This might be pretty good. The long term story telling has been beautiful tho! Next week we will see a 6-man tag between the men.
-Alpha Academy vs American Made
Can we just talk about this for a moment?? Because what in the world?? This match was AMAZING! No squashing.. just a hell of a match. I am so happy they are really pushing Otis and Tozawa like this. In the past both of them have been treated crappy, and they deserve to be shown how great they are. Did anyone else catch the Heavy Machinery line? Are we getting Tucky back? Or am I trippin? In the end, Ivy Nile attacked Maxxine.. this caused a distraction that allowed the Creed Brothers to pick up the win. Kinda pissed about this, but for the sake of the story line.. I get it. Will we see Maxxine back in the ring? Could this also hint at Nikki going after Ivy? We did hear that Chad said he had unfinished business with The Wyatt Sicks.. Hmmm
-Damage CTRL vs Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark
I just can't get behind this. Either one of them. I take nothing way from any of the ladies, it just isn't my cup of tea I guess. The match wasn't awful, but with the finish it kind of made it a bit lack luster. I do love seeing the Unholy Union more and more on TV as champs tho. In the end, The Unholy Union attacked and took out everyone to stand tall.
-Randy Orton/Gunther Promo
Does anyone else just LOVE seeing Randy on Raw? Not long after Randy came to the ring, Gunther responded and came out to join him. All was jabs and fun until Gunther brought in Randy's father and grand father. Then things became a little too serious. Before things could get physical, Drew McIntyre came out. In Randy fashion, he used that distraction to hit an RKO on Gunther. But that wasn't all.. CM Punk showed up and attacked Drew. It all back fired with Drew when CM Punk got his belt from him and beat the hell out of him. I though this was great, these two feuds are going to be AMAZING.
-The Miz vs Bronson Reed
The set up for this match was too funny. The segment with Randy/R-Truth got me tickled. I felt the match wasn't note worthy or very impressive.. but it was a nice touch overall. Of course, Reed picked up the win. Are we setting up for an Miz turn? Since... this is kinda Truth's fault?
-Sami Zayn vs Bron Breakker (IC Title)
This feud has been pretty good. The build up, especially for someone that has just been called up as been so good. I love Bron.. and really feel that he has so much to do in the company. He was a great champ in NXT and I have no doubt he will be a great IC holder. Overall this match was pretty good, it gave a sense of urgency.. seeing that it was a 2 out of 3 falls. Those kind of matches always leave me on the edge of my seat. In the end, we saw Bron retain his title. These two work so well together, and honestly.. while I love Sami.. It will be good to see who is next for Bron.
Overall: 8.4/10

Up next: We have Wednesday Night Dynamite! It's gonna be good! We are REALLY heating up as 1.5 weeks until All In! I have a feeling we will see the final few matches be put together, and I can't wait! Will we see Britt Baker confront CEO? It's two on one? Did anyone say Jamie Hayter?? I've heard many rumors that she might be returning AT All In. I've also heard many rumors about Tay coming back.. which is really exciting!
Let's not forget we will have a double PPV.. Sunday 25th (AEW All In) and then Saturday 31st it will be Bash in Berlin.. that one starts at 12pm (CST).
