WWE Monday Night Raw Rundown/Review

It just dawned on me that I never did my Smackdown Rundown... and I am so upset. Let's just say it was a busy and full weekend for me. Regardless, this week for wrestling is going to be HUGE.. so bare with me, as it will be ALOT! I think I will have a blog every single day from Saturday-Tuesday... I might even have two in one day. Saturday is TWO PPVs.. in Wrestlepalooza and AEW All Out.... I WILL be watching AEW first and LIVE so you can expect the tweets. I am unsure about watching Wrestlepalooza in real time due to AEW but I will be tweeting as best as possible when I do watch it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking off: John Cena We had a pretty dang good promo with Cena and talking about Brock... A good bit of this confused me.. seeing that Brock has only been on Smackdown and not Raw leading up to their match on Saturday. I wish there was a little more. With this.. this makes me believe the match itself isn't going to end clean and will m...

WWE Friday Night Smackdown (Aug 30th) Rundown

I am a little later than normal on my rundown for Smackdown. We've had a rough couple of days with James and my husband. This sickness has been kicking ass left and right. However, we are almost out of it. We've got a lot to talk about before Bash In Berlin so let's get into it!

Before we get started.. I know Bash In Berlin has already aired, but I have not had the chance to watch it just yet. I am going to give a full run down tomorrow, so be expecting that tomorrow morning!

-LA Knight open challenge

The show opened with LA Knight coming to the ring for his open challenge. I wasn't sure who to expect at first, but after his music hit.. I understood. It was  Ludwig Kaiser! The pop these two men got was wonderful and well deserved! The match itself was wonderful, I wouldn't mind seeing these two work together again sooner than later. Of course, like clock work we didn't expect there to be a title change.. and it was LA Knight that picked up the win.

-Apollo Crews and Baron Corbin vs. Angel and Berto

Honestly, I was kinda shocked about this one. I love both of these teams, and have been really pushing for them to get more TV time. I thought this match was very good overall, but I would love to see more of a story line moving forward. I am REALLY hoping to see them again next week. In the end, it was Angel and Berto that picked up the win. This one really threw me for a loop, but I love to see it.

-Cody Rhodes/KO promo

We saw a very tense situation in the ring with Cody/KO. We saw KO talk about Cody having a knee injury and wasn't going into this at 100%. However, Cody told another story.. and said he was fine. This promo was very tense in every way and made you wonder about the outcome of this match at BIB. Will we see a major heel turn? Who will it be? Cody.... or Kevin Owens?

-Carmelo Hayes vs. Andrade

Once again.. we saw these two go at it, and boy did they. Each time these two have a match, it's AMAZING. This match once again.. delivered! I believe this is the 4th time these two have been in the ring together and in the end.. it was tied up with a win from Hayes. It looks like we have a 2-2 match up here.. will they go for match #5? PLE maybe? I wouldn't mind that at all!

-Nia Jax vs. Mia Yim

This match.. surprised the hell out of me. First of all, I LOVE some Mia Yim! I love that the WWE has been having her on and showcasing her more and more lately. These two beat the hell out of each other and really told the story overall. Being a street fight, we really got to see such a great intense side of Yim.. that I hope we can see more of sooner than later. It wasn't long until we saw Tiffy run in.. and it almost seemed we could have gotten a cash in on Nia... YIKES. After that Berlin got the shock of having Bayley return to take out Tiffy. In the end, we saw Nia take out Mia with a trash can.. dropping from the top rope. WOAH. This one threw me for a loop. Are we getting hints of a turn and Tiffy/Nia having it out for each other? Seems that way!

Overall: 7.9/10

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We have Bash In Berlin UP NEXT! And I will be tweeting throughout!

-Will The Terror Twins take care of business?
-Will "The Judgement Day" mess up the match?
-Will KO turn on Cody? OR will Cody turn on KO?
-Can Gunther retain or will we see a NEW champ?
-New Women's Tag Team Champs?

We have SO much to look forward to as well on Monday Night Raw!

-The fall out from Bash in Berlin
-Will Uncle Howdy continue his feud with American Made?
-Who will Gunther's next opponent be?

We've got so much this week AND MORE!

We are also on the road to AEW ALL OUT!

until next time

xoxo,
Chels

WWE Friday Night Smackdown Rundown/Review

It's the Smackdown after Summer Slam.. and boy do we have a rundown for you. I don't know all what I expected from this, but it was a ride.. let me tell you.  **ALSO.. MAJOR THANK YOU to my 1,000 followers on Twitter! I made a post talking about how I really wanted to get 1k before the end of the month and y'all SHOWED OUT in a big way! It's so nice to have everyone, and I hope we can have a blast together!  Let's get into it! -Kicking off Smackdown: John Cena I really enjoyed this overall, but what I didn't like... was Logan Paul coming out. This wasn't on my "I want this match" list.. but it is what it is, I guess. It looks like we are getting the two at Clash in Paris later on in the month. We did see Drew McIntyre and Cody come into play, and the fact we are also getting a tag match later in the night.  -Motor City Machine Guns vs. JC Mateo and Talla Tonga Not happy. Solo made it clear that MFT was coming after the tag titles, which... we know ...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown Blog

What a Monday Night Raw on Netflix before Money in the Bank on Saturday! This one had it's ups and downs, but.. we got through it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking Off: CM PUNK We saw a little promo talking about Money in the Bank.. seeing that his triple threat was the main event. It wasn't long until we saw Sami come out as well.. planting little seeds here and there for what could happen during said match.  -Women's Money in the Bank Qualifier: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Ivy Nile vs. Liv Morgan I enjoyed this match very much, and of course it was nice to see Stephanie Vaquer join the main roster. Sadly, we knew the out come before the match even started. It was kind of obvious Ivy wouldn't be moving forward (even tho it would be nice to see her in such a match), but it was a toss up. While it COULD have been interesting if Liv was involved.. it was actually Stephanie that picked up the win. Looks like someone will be booking double duty...

Summer Slam Night 1 AND Night 2 Results/Reaction/Review

Summer Slam has come and gone.. and BOY... did we have one hell of a time. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it!  Night 1: -Roman Reigns and Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed This kicking off was pretty good in my opinion. While I do think the match wasn't one to blow your mind... it was still pretty dang good overall. In the end, we did see Roman and Jey pick up the win. This isn't what I thought would happen, but it is understandable moving forward (esp after watching Monday Night Raw). -Judgment Day (c) vs. Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair -Women's Tag Titles This match was pretty solid over all. All women did wonderful together and I enjoyed it! I feel like this match had so much on it in the first place, and there were so many people getting their hopes up for a Liv pop up. Sadly, that did not happen. We however.. did see Alexa and Charlotte pick up the win to win the tag titles! I am so happy for both women and hope they do this story ri...
