WWE Monday Night Raw Rundown

I'll tell you what.. I guess that tweet wasn't lying about Monday Night Raw...IYKYK. We've got A LOT to talk about.. and a crash out is on the horizon.    -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: Liv Morgan Liv Morgan came to the ring with Dom to give a promo, explaining her actions last week with Nikki Bella. In this, she also called out Iyo Sky.. and she wants another title shot. Iyo came to the ring as well, and it all but seemed like this was a story ready to kick off.  -Ivy Nile vs. Stephanie Vaquer vs. Raquel Rodriguez vs. Asuka (Queen of the Ring) This match was SO much better than I thought it was going to be overall. I really had this match between two women, and that was Vaquer and Asuka. All women did wonderful, and work so well together. We did see Rhea come out and cost Raquel in return from Rhea's match. And in the end, it was Asuka that got the win! She will now face Alexa Bliss this Friday! That match.. should be very good. It will be interesting t...

WWE Smackdown (July 26th) Rundown

We are only ONE week away from Summer Slam, and things are heating up! This Smackdown was recorded due to WWE being in Japan for a summer show. We have a lot to unpack, so let's get into it!

-LA Knight vs Santos Escobar

While I am not a huge fan of Santos, this match was pretty good overall. I can see this builds his momentum, but also LA Knight as we go into the Logan Paul match. I am REALLY pushing to see LA win.. he needs this, seriously. He is so over. In the end, LA Knight got the win. However, this didn't stop the action. It wasn't until after the match that we see Paul come out with a beat down to end the segment. I think this feud has been great, and the story has been put together beautifully.

-Backstage we see that Loa's eye was injured from last week. However, this didn't stop the Bloodline. Tama and Jacob will be in the tag team battle later on in the show. I thought this was pretty stupid, and just kind of gives it all away. We are gonna act like they aren't gonna win.

-Jade Cargill/Bianca Belair Promo

We knew this was coming. Jade and Bianca want a rematch, and honestly at this point.. let them have it. Alba and Isla have been champs since CATC and it's been awful. No matches, no action... it's been pretty rough. I love those gals, but this run just isn't it. If you are going to put the titles on someone for the "feel good" then make it good at least. I can expect a title change either on the Raw after Summer Slam or at Saudi within the month. However, in the end of this.. we see Alba/Isla go in for a sneak attack that backfired.

-Tag Team No 1 Contender's Gauntlet Match

I didn't watch all of this, due to a very upset almost 2 year old. These terrible 2s...

Participants: Baron Corbin and Apollo Crews, Angel Garza and Berto Carrillo, The Street Profits, Pretty Deadly, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, Tama Tonga and Jacob Fatu

I feel there could be some AMAZING matches with these teams, giving the chance.. however we already knew this ending. In the end, it was The Bloodline pinning the Profits. This makes me so sad, because I would LOVE to see Profits and DIY next week.

Grayson Waller/Austin Theory called out boxer Terence Crawford. If you'll remember he helped out Cody last week.  However this didn't end well.. Waller was met with a punch from Crawford.. that didn't connect but it did to Theory. This split/fight between the tag team is going to be AMAZING and the build for it has been pretty good.

Cody Rhodes has a promo in which he talked about the match at Summer Slam with Solo... he didn't think that Solo is ready, but isn't so sure anymore. He'd like to talk with him one-on-one next week.

-Bayley/Michin vs Nia Jax/Tiffany Stratton

Things are heating up with these four. I am loving this story line with these ladies, and I feel they work so well together. Something is for sure brewing between Tiffy and Nia.. There is no in between when it comes to this. Nia is either going to win and have the cash in taken from her.. or Nia is going to cost Tiffy. I feel that was already planted weeks ago when Corey mentioned it. Tiffy would be the 1st failed cash in for the women. I think that would be a pretty bad call, having the mens squashed as well. I think Tiffy is ready. In the end, it was Nia/Tiffy that picked up the win.

-Solo Promo

To end the show, we have Solo giving a little promo. He called out Cody and Roman both. Makes you think and makes you eager for next week. With that being the final Smackdown before Summer Slam.. anything can happen.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We are ONE week away, y'all! But we do have two more stops before we get there.

Monday Night Raw:

-What will come of Liv after Dom made her cry?
-Will Chad vs Uncle Howdy become official?
-How will Gunther and DP react after their brawls?

Friday Night Smackdown:

-Will we see major flaws of Nia/Tiffy?
-How will Cody/Solo face to face go?
-Will there be a women's tag team match?

Only time will tell!

until  next time

xoxo,
Chels

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown (April 28th)

We've got one hell of a Monday Night Raw, and we've got a lot to talk about! Let's get into it! -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman I thought this was wonderful! The promo that Seth gave was AMAZING and really gave a glimpse of what is to come within this group and story. Of course, we did have Sami come out to get a little promo with Seth as well.. and it was pretty damn good. I enjoyed it very much! I still fully believe that this was a push into the direction of Sami joining Seth/Bron/Paul shortly down the road. And this will come in the form of turning on Jey Uso.. I think it's going to be one of the best storylines this year to be honest.  -Rhea vs Roxanne  Are we finally getting Roxanne on the main roster? I hope so! I enjoyed this match overall, but wish it didn't end in a DQ.. I would have loved to have a clean match between these two. It does however look we will get Rhea NOT going for the title again right now (which...

WWE Friday Night Smackdown (April 11th) Rundown/Review

We are officially ONE WEEK away from Wrestlemania, and this one is going to be HUGE! I can't wait! We are going to talk a little bit about everything that has happened last night and then go straight into what I believe will happen next Sat and Sun! We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Nick kicks off Smackdown with Randy  We got both men face to face in this, and I won't lie.. it was pretty damn good. Can we please see these two go at it at Mania?? It's been teased for far too long, and it would for sure deliver. However, before it could go any further.. Solo and Tama made themselves known. I think I can speak for everyone when I tell you that the air left everyone's body. But thankfully it was a set up for a tag team match between Randy/LA vs Tama/Solo.. -Women's Gauntlet Match Overall.. we kind of knew who would win this. I will say it was pretty good and nice to see all these teams go at it. I will also mention, whatever this is with Maxx...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown Blog

What a Monday Night Raw on Netflix before Money in the Bank on Saturday! This one had it's ups and downs, but.. we got through it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking Off: CM PUNK We saw a little promo talking about Money in the Bank.. seeing that his triple threat was the main event. It wasn't long until we saw Sami come out as well.. planting little seeds here and there for what could happen during said match.  -Women's Money in the Bank Qualifier: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Ivy Nile vs. Liv Morgan I enjoyed this match very much, and of course it was nice to see Stephanie Vaquer join the main roster. Sadly, we knew the out come before the match even started. It was kind of obvious Ivy wouldn't be moving forward (even tho it would be nice to see her in such a match), but it was a toss up. While it COULD have been interesting if Liv was involved.. it was actually Stephanie that picked up the win. Looks like someone will be booking double duty...
