WWE Monday Night Raw Rundown

I'll tell you what.. I guess that tweet wasn't lying about Monday Night Raw...IYKYK. We've got A LOT to talk about.. and a crash out is on the horizon.    -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: Liv Morgan Liv Morgan came to the ring with Dom to give a promo, explaining her actions last week with Nikki Bella. In this, she also called out Iyo Sky.. and she wants another title shot. Iyo came to the ring as well, and it all but seemed like this was a story ready to kick off.  -Ivy Nile vs. Stephanie Vaquer vs. Raquel Rodriguez vs. Asuka (Queen of the Ring) This match was SO much better than I thought it was going to be overall. I really had this match between two women, and that was Vaquer and Asuka. All women did wonderful, and work so well together. We did see Rhea come out and cost Raquel in return from Rhea's match. And in the end, it was Asuka that got the win! She will now face Alexa Bliss this Friday! That match.. should be very good. It will be interesting t...

WWE Monday Night Raw (July 8th) Rundown

WHAT A MONDAY NIGHT RAW! We have a lot to unpack from this episode, so let's get into it!

-CM Punk came out with a promo, and of course we had a few jabs at AEW.. because... you know, it's Punk. He went on to talk about wanting to hands on Drew but sadly he is suspended until further notice. Punk was interrupted by Seth and they had words. Seth let Punk know that his actions do have consequences and to basically watch his back.

I felt this was a pretty strong opening and this feud between the three will be pretty good overall.

-Jey Uso vs Chad Gable

This feud has been building as time went on and has been blending well with the MIB. I think we all anticipated the Wyatt Sicks to show up and they delivered. We saw the lights go out in Wyatt fashion causing a distraction, allowing Jey to pick up the win over Chad. The ring filled with smoke and Nikki revealed herself to give Pat another tape. While I LOVE this, there are a lot of people who are ticked off and tired of it. I'll just say... long term story telling is a thing, and I personally LOVE it.

We see Jackie Redmond backstage with Sheamus. Bronson does interrupt and ends up in a match with Pete Dunne, telling Sheamus "watch this".

-Pete Dunne vs Bronson Reed

This match was SO good! It was very fun and in a way competitive. I 'd love to see these two in another match soon. It didn't really come to a shock, but Bronson did pick up the win! Afterwards, we saw Sheamus come to the ring to take out Reed and also celebrate with Dunne, but he wasn't having it. Are we going to be seeing Sheamus and Dunne soon? Talk about a "banger".

We see DP and Seth backstage at one point. They talked back and forth for a while before DP told Seth the "agreement" is out the window and when his match with Gunther is over, they'd go to war once more. This came as a surprise, but would love to see them in a match again. At the end, there was a moment where DP received a phone call, smiling as he asked "where you at?". Hmm... What's happening here? Who?

We saw Sami deliver another promo in ring, with Bron coming out to greet him. This did not end well as there was no talking to be done. Of course, the officials came out trying to separate and break up the madness. We saw a bit of a distraction, and more terror was given out by Bron to Sami. Dragunov appeared to help check on Sami. Looks like we are getting yet another match for Bron and Dragunov.

Braun Strowman/Awesome Truth vs The Judgement Day

I thought this match was pretty fun. It went pretty well within the story line and thought that it kept things interesting. I would however love to see more of Braun in singles action and actually in a stable feud.

Wyatt Sicks:

We saw tape #3 last night and it DELIVERED. Once again we see Taylor (I refuse to call him Bo at this point) going back and forth with Uncle Howdy. We see multiple images of The Wyatt Sicks with and without their masks, besides Nikki. We also are given the idea that Taylor is "all of them". At the end, Taylor let's us know.. "Then sick is what we will be."

Backstage Chad Gable finds Adam Pearce and wants more action being taken due to the attack/stalking of The Wyatt Sicks. You can tell all of this is really wearing on Chad, and the building is LOVELY. As Adam goes into his office... you see Taylor sitting, waiting to speak with him. This took me COMPLETELY off guard. I was not expecting Taylor to actually show up. We have just a very few weeks until Summer Slam, so things are REALLY getting spicy.

Ilja Dragunov vs Bron Breakker

Another hard hitting match between the two. While I did like the match, like always.. I just feel it's another of the same match. I'd love to see Ilja in other fueds than the same ones. The ending was a little weak and felt it was another lead for more matches between the two down the road. A chair was involved resulting in a disqualification, allowing Dragunov the win.

Lyra Valkyria, Kayden Carter, Katana Chance vs Damage Control

Was not a fan of this match but thought it was very fun and action packed. Damage defeated Valkyria, Chance, and Carter in the end and we saw something new as the match ended. The trio of Zoey Stark, Shayna Baszler and Sonya beat down Damage and stood tall. Over the last few months we've seen this been teased and finally we saw it become official. I am a little interested to see where this will go.

Rey Mysterio and Zelina Vega vs Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan

What a match. Hmm... I think everyone knows how I feel about this feud. Overall, Dom finally got the win over his dad and things got a little spicy between Liv and Dom. That was until we heard Rhea's music play! That's right! Mami is BACKKKKKK! And she is PISSED! We saw Liv running away, leaving Dom to suffer the consequences of Mami. As Raw went off we saw an upset Rhea walking about from Dom as he is doing his best to suck up.

Overall: 8.6/10

I thought this Raw was pretty good! It did a wonderful job building up the next PLE already, and planting those seeds. We are almost 3 weeks away!

What will Rhea have to say?
What will become of The Wyatt Sicks now that Taylor has arrived in person?

We'll find out soon enough!

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown (April 28th)

We've got one hell of a Monday Night Raw, and we've got a lot to talk about! Let's get into it! -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman I thought this was wonderful! The promo that Seth gave was AMAZING and really gave a glimpse of what is to come within this group and story. Of course, we did have Sami come out to get a little promo with Seth as well.. and it was pretty damn good. I enjoyed it very much! I still fully believe that this was a push into the direction of Sami joining Seth/Bron/Paul shortly down the road. And this will come in the form of turning on Jey Uso.. I think it's going to be one of the best storylines this year to be honest.  -Rhea vs Roxanne  Are we finally getting Roxanne on the main roster? I hope so! I enjoyed this match overall, but wish it didn't end in a DQ.. I would have loved to have a clean match between these two. It does however look we will get Rhea NOT going for the title again right now (which...

WWE Friday Night Smackdown (April 11th) Rundown/Review

We are officially ONE WEEK away from Wrestlemania, and this one is going to be HUGE! I can't wait! We are going to talk a little bit about everything that has happened last night and then go straight into what I believe will happen next Sat and Sun! We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Nick kicks off Smackdown with Randy  We got both men face to face in this, and I won't lie.. it was pretty damn good. Can we please see these two go at it at Mania?? It's been teased for far too long, and it would for sure deliver. However, before it could go any further.. Solo and Tama made themselves known. I think I can speak for everyone when I tell you that the air left everyone's body. But thankfully it was a set up for a tag team match between Randy/LA vs Tama/Solo.. -Women's Gauntlet Match Overall.. we kind of knew who would win this. I will say it was pretty good and nice to see all these teams go at it. I will also mention, whatever this is with Maxx...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown Blog

What a Monday Night Raw on Netflix before Money in the Bank on Saturday! This one had it's ups and downs, but.. we got through it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking Off: CM PUNK We saw a little promo talking about Money in the Bank.. seeing that his triple threat was the main event. It wasn't long until we saw Sami come out as well.. planting little seeds here and there for what could happen during said match.  -Women's Money in the Bank Qualifier: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Ivy Nile vs. Liv Morgan I enjoyed this match very much, and of course it was nice to see Stephanie Vaquer join the main roster. Sadly, we knew the out come before the match even started. It was kind of obvious Ivy wouldn't be moving forward (even tho it would be nice to see her in such a match), but it was a toss up. While it COULD have been interesting if Liv was involved.. it was actually Stephanie that picked up the win. Looks like someone will be booking double duty...
