Summer Slam Night 1 AND Night 2 Results/Reaction/Review

Summer Slam has come and gone.. and BOY... did we have one hell of a time. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it!  Night 1: -Roman Reigns and Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed This kicking off was pretty good in my opinion. While I do think the match wasn't one to blow your mind... it was still pretty dang good overall. In the end, we did see Roman and Jey pick up the win. This isn't what I thought would happen, but it is understandable moving forward (esp after watching Monday Night Raw). -Judgment Day (c) vs. Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair -Women's Tag Titles This match was pretty solid over all. All women did wonderful together and I enjoyed it! I feel like this match had so much on it in the first place, and there were so many people getting their hopes up for a Liv pop up. Sadly, that did not happen. We however.. did see Alexa and Charlotte pick up the win to win the tag titles! I am so happy for both women and hope they do this story ri...

WWE Friday Night Smackdown (July 12th) Rundown

It's the Smackdown after Money in the Bank, and we have a lot to unfold! Does anyone else ever get into these places where it's one or the other that you feel is doing better? Raw... I am LOVING it, but Smackdown is just a little lack luster. Hopefully that will change soon with Summer Slam coming up.

The show started with Tiffy Time! Of course this was short lived due to the Women's Champ coming out to interrupt. Bayley and Tiffy traded some back and forth before Queen Nia Jax joined into the mix. Do we really think Nia will become champion?? It's been building, but honestly I cannot see it happening this soon. We then did see an attack on Bayley from Nia and Tiffy.. with Michin with the save. Of course, this led to a match between Nia and Michin once again.

Nia Jax vs Michin

This match was pretty average, I'd say. Nia was very dominant during the entire match, although you would see a little spunk come out in Michin every now and then. In the end, Jax got the win. The champ was beat down in the end and you thought for a second that Tiffy was going to cash in. However, Jax walked up and gave her a very ugly look.. making her back down. Was Bayley right? Will we be seeing the first woman to fail at a cash in? I think so, in my opinion. I could FOR SURE see Nia cost her.. on purposes or accident.

Baron Corbin/Apollo Crews vs Angel and Berto

I didn't care for this match, but only really because I feel it's over done with Angel/Berto. I don't feel that team is going anywhere, but that's only me. It was so good to see Baron again, I feel he really disappeared for a while.. although I do recall him having a run in NXT for a bit with Bron. In the end, Elektra distracted the ref so Santos can cause a distraction... allowing Angel to get the pin. Bad call... I feel that team is fully pushed down your throat and it just isn't sticking.

Blair Davenport vs Naomi

I'm just honest when I say, I am not a huge fan of Naomi. I do enjoy her wrestling here and there but recently it just isn't it. She needs her old music back, and to be honest.. the last couple of times she has come out there is no pop or even excitement for her. What happened?? I feel like WWE doesn't know exactly what to do with Blair just yet and keep putting her in matches. I really like her, and loved her in NXT but really just want a story line to stick. In the end, Naomi got the pin for the win.

Before that match we saw LA Knight come out to the ring. Love him! He cut a great promo and announced that him and Logan Paul will be facing each other at Summer Slam.. signing a contract while out there. I am pumped for this match.. I think it has been a beautiful build and sets him up to take his first title in WWE. We can only hope.. am I right?

Backstage we see Blair offering a handshake, which was a fake out... and ending up attacking her from behind a few moments later. Does this mean that we will be seeing more of these two together? Hmm...

DIY vs A-Town Down Under (for the Tag Titles)

I thought this match was very good. The way these two teams work together is wonderful and I really enjoyed it. Both teams ended up having some "almost" moments, keeping me on the edge of my seat half the time. In the end, DIY retained their title. However.......

Jacob Fatu came out and leveled EVERYONE.. everyone expect Waller. He made a pretty quick get a way, while Theory was taken out. I see more and more of a split coming and I am so ready for it.

Of course the rest of The Bloodline came out as well. Solo gave a promo basically saying that everyone in the Bloodline that didn't "acknowledge him" needed to be gone. Does this include Jimmy, Jey, and Roman... The Rock? I found this statement very interesting. Cody Rhodes came out and said he was more than willing to go against Solo for the title at Summer Slam. While Cody was surrounded, it was Cody that took the first shot. As stated before in a backstage promo, Randy Orton took no time coming to help Cody. But in the end, The Bloodline took a while destroying Cody and Randy. While Cody was tied up in the ropes, Solo forced Cody to watch Randy take a triple power bomb through the announce table before ending the show.

I don't like it.

I'm serious, I am really over the while Bloodline thing. I am starting to think that they gave Cody the belt ONLY because the Bloodline mess was never going to end. This is why there is no Money in the Bank for the men.. Cody wouldn't be cashed in on due to the Bloodline and they have too much going on with Judgement Day/Seth/Punk/Drew. I mean.. I know this leads to Roman coming back and basically all hell breaking lose with the Bloodline, but my goodness.

Overall: 6.2/10

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Next up we have Collision tonight (I don't to rundowns for Rampage/Collision) and then we have Monday Night Raw coming up as well.

I did see Wyatt Sicks (on X) post a picture of Rowan. I am assuming this means we will be seeing an interview from him. But will we be seeing  more of Taylor live? This leads me to believe we are getting closer to seeing them come face to face with Chad. And of course we will have more people losing their minds about ANOTHER VHS tape. Come on y'all.. it's story telling. This whole thing is beautiful and I am loving it. If you don't... just keep to ya self.

-We will see more of Rhea after her AMAZING come back. I am very excited to see how this pans out for Dom and Liv. And I am assuming we will have an announcement of Summer Slam  too. We are 3 weeks away now, so these matches have to come out fairly soon.

What are you excited to see as we get closer to Summer Slam?

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown Blog

What a Monday Night Raw on Netflix before Money in the Bank on Saturday! This one had it's ups and downs, but.. we got through it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking Off: CM PUNK We saw a little promo talking about Money in the Bank.. seeing that his triple threat was the main event. It wasn't long until we saw Sami come out as well.. planting little seeds here and there for what could happen during said match.  -Women's Money in the Bank Qualifier: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Ivy Nile vs. Liv Morgan I enjoyed this match very much, and of course it was nice to see Stephanie Vaquer join the main roster. Sadly, we knew the out come before the match even started. It was kind of obvious Ivy wouldn't be moving forward (even tho it would be nice to see her in such a match), but it was a toss up. While it COULD have been interesting if Liv was involved.. it was actually Stephanie that picked up the win. Looks like someone will be booking double duty...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown: The Crash Out

MANNNN.... I ain't even got it to start an intro. Let's just get into it.  -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: John Cena It wasn't long after Cena came out to address the crowd before we saw Punk come out. The two exchanged words, and it wasn't long until the match was made. We are running it back my friends for these two once again, and surprisingly... I am not mad at it. Only thing is.. Cena said he would have to come get it.. At Saudi. THE IRONY HURTS lol. Regardless, this should be pretty dang good. -AJ Styles vs. Chad Gable I enjoyed this match more than I thought I would to be honest.. both men work well together. I was also very impressed with Chad.. seeing that he had one hell of a weekend. I don't know if they will go forward really with a story line but it was good to see AJ win.   -Rhea Ripley vs. Kairi Sane vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Liv Morgan This is where the crash out is starting my friends. I don't know where in the hell this is going. I THINK I know, bu...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown (April 28th)

We've got one hell of a Monday Night Raw, and we've got a lot to talk about! Let's get into it! -Kicking off Monday Night Raw: Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman I thought this was wonderful! The promo that Seth gave was AMAZING and really gave a glimpse of what is to come within this group and story. Of course, we did have Sami come out to get a little promo with Seth as well.. and it was pretty damn good. I enjoyed it very much! I still fully believe that this was a push into the direction of Sami joining Seth/Bron/Paul shortly down the road. And this will come in the form of turning on Jey Uso.. I think it's going to be one of the best storylines this year to be honest.  -Rhea vs Roxanne  Are we finally getting Roxanne on the main roster? I hope so! I enjoyed this match overall, but wish it didn't end in a DQ.. I would have loved to have a clean match between these two. It does however look we will get Rhea NOT going for the title again right now (which...
