WWE Monday Night Raw Rundown/Review

It just dawned on me that I never did my Smackdown Rundown... and I am so upset. Let's just say it was a busy and full weekend for me. Regardless, this week for wrestling is going to be HUGE.. so bare with me, as it will be ALOT! I think I will have a blog every single day from Saturday-Tuesday... I might even have two in one day. Saturday is TWO PPVs.. in Wrestlepalooza and AEW All Out.... I WILL be watching AEW first and LIVE so you can expect the tweets. I am unsure about watching Wrestlepalooza in real time due to AEW but I will be tweeting as best as possible when I do watch it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking off: John Cena We had a pretty dang good promo with Cena and talking about Brock... A good bit of this confused me.. seeing that Brock has only been on Smackdown and not Raw leading up to their match on Saturday. I wish there was a little more. With this.. this makes me believe the match itself isn't going to end clean and will m...

AEW Wednesday Night Dynamite 250 (July 17th) Rundown

Okay, I would have LOVED to live tweet last night's Dynamite... however I have a sick little one, and also a bad migraine just didn't allow me to do it. While I wasn't quite sure about this whole match, I knew it was going to be a good one. We have a lot to talk about for this episode, so let's get into it!

Will Ospreay (C) vs MJF (International Title)

I am honestly not sure what I expected, or what the result was going to be... I had no idea this was going to happen. This whole match was a fever dream in the best way possible. This match was AMAZING and the best showing of both men. There were moments of fast paced sequences, as well as taking it to the crowd.. the funniest little moment was when Will had that little girl in the crowd to beat up MJF. I for sure popped for that. A lot of different styles were used, which in my opinion was a great add to the match. When the 30 minute mark hit, I was shocked. I assumed this match was going in end up in a draw.. due to All In coming up at the end of August. Did anyone else see the nasty bruise on MJFs leg? Was that when he hit the steps? Either way, talk about OUCH. In the end, MJF hit Will with the diamond ring.. getting the win for the international championship with just seconds to spare. TALK ABOUT A SHOCKKKKK!Was not expecting that by any means. Maybe this sets it up for All In, and winning it back? Only time will tell. Either way, I am pumped to see how this will move forward.

Yes, I am aware there was a Learning Tree segment. No, I did not watch it. But.. I do know that basically Suzuki brought out a contract for next week to Chris. And he did head butt Chris, and left. While I don't care for this Learning Tree... I do love me some Suzuki, and will most likely love this match.

In the back, we saw a segment with Mark Brisco and The Acclaimed. Swerve was there as well to agree to allow The Acclaimed to join Blood and Guts next week in Nashville. I am PUMPED for this! I have seen a lot of people talk about how it's just not good... and they would have picked someone else for Team AEW.. however, the story line IS THERE. The Acclaimed = The Bucks / Swerve=Hangman / Darby=Jack Perry \ Okada=Brisco

I think the match itself will be AMAZING and I really hope that next year we have a women's one as well!

Mercedes Mone (c) vs Nyla Rose

This match was great! I love when Nyla Rose is on TV and honestly feel she should be more, but that's just my opinion. While there is a pretty good size difference in the two ladies, I feel they worked very well together. I've love to see them work together in the near future as well, either together or against each other. Such a great touch was seeing Mone take out a glove just like Britt's and applying the lockjaw. This was such a great touch. In the end, Mone did get the win to retain! After the match ended, Mone went to walk around the ring when she saw a sign she didn't like. Went to rip it up, and it just so happened to be Britt Baker in costume. Security had to be called and it was a good time. Lol! While they still weren't really physical with each other.. you can tell it's coming as weeks go on. Loving the build up on this!

We finally got to hear from Mariah May after the brutal beat down on Toni Storm. I honestly for a few minutes thought it was Toni. She was dressed just like her in her "Timeless" style. May's promo was very honest and direct. Basically saying that everyone saw this coming expect Toni Storm because she was blinded by wanting the spotlight. I can for sure see May taking the title from Toni at All In and it will be wonderful!

Swerve Strickland vs Kazuchika Okada

This match seemed very competitive within the two. I thought this match REALLY good, showing off both of the men and their strengths. I never really cared for a match where it was champ vs champ.. because I feel like having a champ pinned is very distasteful. However, this seemed a little different. There was an overrun, so nothing felt rushed or too quick. There wasn't a clean finish, as The Bucks attacked Swerve. This set off a hell of a chain of events that brought out all Blood and Guts participants.

We THOUGHT we were gonna see Adam Page and Swerve go at it, however that didn't happen due to Okada. One thing Darby Allin is gonna do.. is surprise this hell out of you. And boy did he deliver. This man lowered down from the rafters, revealing himself to officially be the final member of Team AEW.

Next week is gonna be insane, and I'm HERE FOR IT. I wish so bad that Jordan and I were able to go.. but our tiny human comes first.

Overall: 8.9/10

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Next week will might be seeing:

-Toni Storm returning? What will she have to say?
-Britt Baker promo? Will Mone and Britt come face to face in the ring?
-MJF fall out? Will Ospreay?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Coming up we have Friday Night Smackdown! I am really hoping we have a pick up of Smackdown.. it's been a little boring lately, so I am hoping that we get some excitement! We are almost TWO weeks away from Summer Slam so I have a feeling we might have some match announcements? We already have Bayley vs Nia and LA vs Logan ... I think that's all? Both matches are expected to deliver!

until next time

xoxo,

WWE Friday Night Smackdown Rundown/Review

It's the Smackdown after Summer Slam.. and boy do we have a rundown for you. I don't know all what I expected from this, but it was a ride.. let me tell you.  **ALSO.. MAJOR THANK YOU to my 1,000 followers on Twitter! I made a post talking about how I really wanted to get 1k before the end of the month and y'all SHOWED OUT in a big way! It's so nice to have everyone, and I hope we can have a blast together!  Let's get into it! -Kicking off Smackdown: John Cena I really enjoyed this overall, but what I didn't like... was Logan Paul coming out. This wasn't on my "I want this match" list.. but it is what it is, I guess. It looks like we are getting the two at Clash in Paris later on in the month. We did see Drew McIntyre and Cody come into play, and the fact we are also getting a tag match later in the night.  -Motor City Machine Guns vs. JC Mateo and Talla Tonga Not happy. Solo made it clear that MFT was coming after the tag titles, which... we know ...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown Blog

What a Monday Night Raw on Netflix before Money in the Bank on Saturday! This one had it's ups and downs, but.. we got through it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking Off: CM PUNK We saw a little promo talking about Money in the Bank.. seeing that his triple threat was the main event. It wasn't long until we saw Sami come out as well.. planting little seeds here and there for what could happen during said match.  -Women's Money in the Bank Qualifier: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Ivy Nile vs. Liv Morgan I enjoyed this match very much, and of course it was nice to see Stephanie Vaquer join the main roster. Sadly, we knew the out come before the match even started. It was kind of obvious Ivy wouldn't be moving forward (even tho it would be nice to see her in such a match), but it was a toss up. While it COULD have been interesting if Liv was involved.. it was actually Stephanie that picked up the win. Looks like someone will be booking double duty...

Summer Slam Night 1 AND Night 2 Results/Reaction/Review

Summer Slam has come and gone.. and BOY... did we have one hell of a time. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it!  Night 1: -Roman Reigns and Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed This kicking off was pretty good in my opinion. While I do think the match wasn't one to blow your mind... it was still pretty dang good overall. In the end, we did see Roman and Jey pick up the win. This isn't what I thought would happen, but it is understandable moving forward (esp after watching Monday Night Raw). -Judgment Day (c) vs. Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair -Women's Tag Titles This match was pretty solid over all. All women did wonderful together and I enjoyed it! I feel like this match had so much on it in the first place, and there were so many people getting their hopes up for a Liv pop up. Sadly, that did not happen. We however.. did see Alexa and Charlotte pick up the win to win the tag titles! I am so happy for both women and hope they do this story ri...
