WWE Monday Night Raw Rundown/Review

It just dawned on me that I never did my Smackdown Rundown... and I am so upset. Let's just say it was a busy and full weekend for me. Regardless, this week for wrestling is going to be HUGE.. so bare with me, as it will be ALOT! I think I will have a blog every single day from Saturday-Tuesday... I might even have two in one day. Saturday is TWO PPVs.. in Wrestlepalooza and AEW All Out.... I WILL be watching AEW first and LIVE so you can expect the tweets. I am unsure about watching Wrestlepalooza in real time due to AEW but I will be tweeting as best as possible when I do watch it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking off: John Cena We had a pretty dang good promo with Cena and talking about Brock... A good bit of this confused me.. seeing that Brock has only been on Smackdown and not Raw leading up to their match on Saturday. I wish there was a little more. With this.. this makes me believe the match itself isn't going to end clean and will m...

AEW Dynamite (July 10th) Rundown

It's time for Dynamite! I honestly thought this one was going to be for the books... and BOY did it deliver. We have a lot to unpack, so let's get into it!

At the start of Dynamite we have Will Ospreay come to the ring to deliver one heck of a promo on MJF. Not long after we see MJF himself appear on the screen to challenge Ospreay for the title NEXT week. Like, what? What about All In? With it being Dynamite 250... anything can happen.

And just like that it was time for the final match of the Owen Hart Tournament! Jeff Jarrett served as the enforcer.

This match was AMAZING and for sure delivered in the end. Both men ended up busted open, and I felt the match was hard hitting. You could tell through out the entire match the importance of winning. I fully expected Hangman to win this, seeing everything that has been building. Both men work SO well together, and I'd love to see them in the ring once again. Jeff Jarrett did have to intervene as the ref was knocked out. In the end it was Danielson got the counter pin and stood tall. Talk about a SHOCK! Martha Hart then presented the belt to Danielson.

Chris Jericho vs Samoa Joe

I wasn't sure about this match at first, I think at this point I am just SO burnt out on Chris and this whole character. However, this match had a lot going on. I thought this match was very entertaining and hard hitting. Of course, it wasn't exactly fair seeing that the rest of The Learning Tree did get involved to help take out Joe. At one point Joe was loaded onto a forklift and it was driven into a wall. Doc Sam called off the match, and Jericho was declared the winner.

Claudio Castagnoli vs Kyle Fletcher vs Pac vs Tomohiro Ishii

I've been looking forward to this match since it was announced. And boy did it deliver! This match was fast paced, and made it to where you just couldn't tell who was going to win. I REALLY like Fletcher and feel he does need to be pushed more. However in the end it was Pac that got the win. Well deserved, yes. I really hope he does get his All In moment.

We saw Mercedes come out to once again celebrate her two championships. She gave a small promo talking about Britt Baker as well as Bret Hart's catchphrase. It wasn't until a little bit later that Mercedes was interrupted by Britt.. and then ran off by her as well. It's been established they will be facing each other at All In, and I am more than excited to see it! Will Britt be taking the win?

Willow Nightingale vs Mariah May

I was SO excited for this match, and for it being the main event! This exchange was very hard hitting and had a showing of importance. It wasn't until Kris Statlander and Stokely made their presence known and did their best to take out Willow. In the end, May got the pin in a roll up moments later. I wasn't surprised at all, and think that this was the right call! SO happy for Mariah!

Willow and May shook hands and then that allowed May to go celebrate with Toni. They both ran up to the stage to take the belt, and that's where things went south.  As soon as May took the belt, she took out the women's champ and took down Luther as well.

Toni was bleeding pretty bad from the head and May used a shoe to inflict more damage. The show ended with Storm bleeding badly and May standing over her. I was SHOCKED! I did not expect this going this way this soon. Toni screaming really set it off  for me. PERFECT!

I can't wait to see how this will unfold!

Overall: 9.6/10

Next week is Dynamite 250 and I feel there will be more than just some good matches. Maybe a few surprises?

TOMORROW: We will see the fall out from Money in the Bank and I am pumped! We still have about 3 weeks until Summer Slam so I do expect to see some seeds to be planted for matches!

until next time

WWE Friday Night Smackdown Rundown/Review

It's the Smackdown after Summer Slam.. and boy do we have a rundown for you. I don't know all what I expected from this, but it was a ride.. let me tell you.  **ALSO.. MAJOR THANK YOU to my 1,000 followers on Twitter! I made a post talking about how I really wanted to get 1k before the end of the month and y'all SHOWED OUT in a big way! It's so nice to have everyone, and I hope we can have a blast together!  Let's get into it! -Kicking off Smackdown: John Cena I really enjoyed this overall, but what I didn't like... was Logan Paul coming out. This wasn't on my "I want this match" list.. but it is what it is, I guess. It looks like we are getting the two at Clash in Paris later on in the month. We did see Drew McIntyre and Cody come into play, and the fact we are also getting a tag match later in the night.  -Motor City Machine Guns vs. JC Mateo and Talla Tonga Not happy. Solo made it clear that MFT was coming after the tag titles, which... we know ...

WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix Rundown Blog

What a Monday Night Raw on Netflix before Money in the Bank on Saturday! This one had it's ups and downs, but.. we got through it. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it! -Kicking Off: CM PUNK We saw a little promo talking about Money in the Bank.. seeing that his triple threat was the main event. It wasn't long until we saw Sami come out as well.. planting little seeds here and there for what could happen during said match.  -Women's Money in the Bank Qualifier: Stephanie Vaquer vs. Ivy Nile vs. Liv Morgan I enjoyed this match very much, and of course it was nice to see Stephanie Vaquer join the main roster. Sadly, we knew the out come before the match even started. It was kind of obvious Ivy wouldn't be moving forward (even tho it would be nice to see her in such a match), but it was a toss up. While it COULD have been interesting if Liv was involved.. it was actually Stephanie that picked up the win. Looks like someone will be booking double duty...

Summer Slam Night 1 AND Night 2 Results/Reaction/Review

Summer Slam has come and gone.. and BOY... did we have one hell of a time. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it!  Night 1: -Roman Reigns and Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed This kicking off was pretty good in my opinion. While I do think the match wasn't one to blow your mind... it was still pretty dang good overall. In the end, we did see Roman and Jey pick up the win. This isn't what I thought would happen, but it is understandable moving forward (esp after watching Monday Night Raw). -Judgment Day (c) vs. Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair -Women's Tag Titles This match was pretty solid over all. All women did wonderful together and I enjoyed it! I feel like this match had so much on it in the first place, and there were so many people getting their hopes up for a Liv pop up. Sadly, that did not happen. We however.. did see Alexa and Charlotte pick up the win to win the tag titles! I am so happy for both women and hope they do this story ri...
