WWE Friday Night Smackdown Rundown/Review

I'm a little late, but here we go. We've got a lot to talk about.. so let's get into it! -Kicking off: Cody Rhodes We didn't get very much but was told by Nick Aldis that we are getting a No 1 Contenders match in which we will see Jacob Fatu vs Drew McIntyre. This is very interesting see that we didn't think Jacob was cleared. Cody did address his loss to Seth.. however now has his eyes set on the new fued that is brewing. This.. should be interesting to say the least.   -Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss vs. Sol Ruca and Zaria (for the Tag Team Titles) I loved this match! I LOVED seeing Sol Ruca and Zaria on the main roster.. and this match delivered overall. However in the end, it was Alexa and Charlotte picked up the win to retain their titles. If you haven't seen this match, please do.. it was worth it. I can't wait to see not only what Alexa and Charlotte will do next.. but what is next for Sol and Zaria.   -United States Championship Open Challenge: Sami...

A Push In The Right Direction

I've accepted the fact that my dreams of having a "cute" blog, just isn't in my cards right now. I'm not going to lie, I just gave up on the headache of not only paying an arm and leg.. but the headache of designing it. While I have no doubt it will happen, I just have too much going on to deal with it. I'd much rather put my heart and soul in my writing, and social media content.

I'm pretty happy with my blog thus far, as well as my content. I've gotten more into the swing of things and feel I am much happier than before. My posts are more consistent, and I am happy that I can at least do that.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

These last two weeks of the month of June have been and will be pretty wild. I've had an eye appointment on Monday, brain doctor on Tuesday, and today I had my EEG test. Let me tell you, I went into this pretty blind, and I wasn't too thrilled with the outcome. First, it was early.. I had to be there at 8am, and I know what you are thinking.. "you're an adult, get over it..". And that's easy.. but between Jordan's headaches and having a two year old that LOVES his sleep, things can get a little tense. No one also told me (until the last moment) that they would be gluing these wires to my head. So now, I have glue (they said it's easy to get out) in my hair and on my scalp. I don't know the test results just yet, but hopefully they come back okay. I have TWO more test next week, however I will have to reschedule them due to having eye surgery. If you'll remember, I had my right eye done in April.. and now it's time for the left. I'm not excited by any means. However if you'll ask me in about six weeks, then I'll tell you it was worth it. The first two days after surgery.. they make you want to rip your eye out. But.. I'll survive.

I've started to renew my YouTube channel! Those are words I  never thought I would say again. But here we are. I started with cooking videos, which I love doing. However that is hard, when we have the same few meals we love. I also started posting some wrestling videos.. which those are so hard to do. WWE cannot stand when you re post their videos, I've already had one video taken down due to it but oh well. AEW on the other hand, I've never had an issue. Just recently I started doing vlogs. Those scared me to death, because let's be honest... I am not the most interesting person in the world.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Does anyone else have that favorite movie that just brings them back to their childhood? Mine right now has to be Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement. Seriously, I LOVE this movie. As soon as James does down for a nap, I start that movie up and just enjoy it. I don't know if it's simply Ann Hathaway or just the feel good feeling of the overall movie. It's just the best.

I have some fun things happening this weekend with some special brands, but haven't decided if I want to showcase on YouTube or Instagram. Only time will tell!

If you've been following along with my wrestling posts, then be on the look out tomorrow for the Wednesday Night Dynamite Run Down! I would have had it up today, however Jordan had an awful migraine last night and we did not finish the show. But.. it will be up! ANDDDD.. be on the look out on Saturday for Friday Night Smackdown.

until next time

xoxo,
Chels

WWE Friday Night Smackdown Rundown/Review

It's the Smackdown after Summer Slam.. and boy do we have a rundown for you. I don't know all what I expected from this, but it was a ride.. let me tell you.  **ALSO.. MAJOR THANK YOU to my 1,000 followers on Twitter! I made a post talking about how I really wanted to get 1k before the end of the month and y'all SHOWED OUT in a big way! It's so nice to have everyone, and I hope we can have a blast together!  Let's get into it! -Kicking off Smackdown: John Cena I really enjoyed this overall, but what I didn't like... was Logan Paul coming out. This wasn't on my "I want this match" list.. but it is what it is, I guess. It looks like we are getting the two at Clash in Paris later on in the month. We did see Drew McIntyre and Cody come into play, and the fact we are also getting a tag match later in the night.  -Motor City Machine Guns vs. JC Mateo and Talla Tonga Not happy. Solo made it clear that MFT was coming after the tag titles, which... we know ...

Summer Slam Night 1 AND Night 2 Results/Reaction/Review

Summer Slam has come and gone.. and BOY... did we have one hell of a time. We've got a lot to talk about, so let's get into it!  Night 1: -Roman Reigns and Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed This kicking off was pretty good in my opinion. While I do think the match wasn't one to blow your mind... it was still pretty dang good overall. In the end, we did see Roman and Jey pick up the win. This isn't what I thought would happen, but it is understandable moving forward (esp after watching Monday Night Raw). -Judgment Day (c) vs. Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair -Women's Tag Titles This match was pretty solid over all. All women did wonderful together and I enjoyed it! I feel like this match had so much on it in the first place, and there were so many people getting their hopes up for a Liv pop up. Sadly, that did not happen. We however.. did see Alexa and Charlotte pick up the win to win the tag titles! I am so happy for both women and hope they do this story ri...

WWE Evolution 2 Rundown/Blog

Okay, I didn't expect this PLE to go this hard.. but here we are. I was SHOCKED out of my mind with this. The build up might have not been good, but the show... they did that shit.  -Kicking Off:  Becky Lynch vs. Bayley vs. Lyra Valkyria This was a whole lot better than I thought it was going to turn out. While I did want to see Bayley pull off a win, I did have to remember that Summer Slam is just under 3 weeks away. All three women did so damn good, but it was Becky that retained. So does this mean we could infact see Bayley and Becky once again face off at SS next month? Because that would be the best place for Bayley to win. -Jacy Jayne vs. Jordynne Grace I haven't been very familiar with Jacy Jayne, but I liked her! She is pretty good overall. There were some issues here and there within the match but they did their best to recover. However.. as expected we saw Blake Monroe turn on Jordynne Grace to cost her the match by hitting her with the title. It seems we are getting...
